the day was warm and toon link was running around the mansion, searching for his best friend, y/n. he ran as much as his legs could, until he found the girl. y/n was sitting in the garden, picking a different variety of flowers, mostly f/f as they were her favorite flowers.
toon link finally found the h/c haired girl sitting in a flower bed, and shouted y/n's name, catching the girl's attention. "y/n! i finally found you!" toon link said as he waved to her.
"oh toonie! i was here the whole day!" y/n says with a beaming smile as she shows the bouquet of flowers to the young blonde boy. "c'mon i gotta show you something! follow me!" toon link said excitedly, as he tugs y/n's hand to help her up.
toon link started running, telling her to close those her pretty e/c eyes. "toonie, where are we going?" y/n asked the younger incarnation of the hero of time. "it's a secret, y/n! and no peeking! we're almost there!" toon link said as he was practically dragging the small h/c haired girl.
toon link then halted to a stop, which made the y/n stop also. "okay y/n, we're going into a crawl space. i'll guide you inside." toon link said as he got down on his hands and knees, making y/n follow his actions. the two children crawled for what seemed like an eternity to y/n, who kept asking where the two were even going to.
"we're almost there. i just found this place not too long ago." toon link said, a smile on his face. they finally reached their destination, and they got out of the small cramped hole. "okay y/n. you can open your eyes now." toon link said as he tried to control his excitement.
y/n then opened her eyes, revealing a beautiful garden laid out in front of her. "whoa!!!" the little girl said excitedly. "its so pretty toonie!" toon link blushed.
"maybe we can make it into our secret hideout?" toon link asked. "okay!" y/n said and pressed a kiss to toon link's cheek, making the little boy blush.
not even flowers can be as pretty as you
