It was late afternoon at the pizzeria, you were busy cleaning up around the daycare as Moon carried and lead the children to the nap room. You smiled gently at the sight of moon carrying a few kids, sure he was grumpy but he still was sweet to the kids.

"What are you smiling about" moon asked

You looked up to see him looming over you "nothing much" you giggled leaning forward and kidding his cheek

Moon stumbled back and fell to the floor before collecting himself and covering his face with his nightcap. You giggled to yourself as you watched him make his way over to the desk and plop down folding his arms over his body. 'He looks like a little kid pouting' you thought making your way up to moon.

"What's wrong moon" you said gently making your way over to him and cupping his face in your hands

"That was unfair" he mumbled

"I'm sorry what was that" you asked a slight smile on your lips

"I SAID THAT WAS UNFAIR" he blew up "you always do sneak attacks like that and it's not fair"

"Sorry moony, you just have to be smoother than that" you replied with a shrug

"Oh I'll show you smooth" he growled before pushing you down to the floor

You felt butterflies form in your stomach before trying to calm yourself down, the feeling wouldn't go away but you tried to keep your expression from showing it. As moon hovered above you he spun his faceplate a few times slowly making his way toward you.

"Nervous starlight" he chuckled coming extremely close

'Keep it together' you chanted in your head

"Are you acting shy starlight" he whispered near your ear, his raspy voice sending a shiver through your body

"Nope, not at all moony" you smiled before pulling at his outfit collar and yanking him till your lips met his (do I even need to say it😭). You kissed him for what felt like minutes before you pulled away

"FUCK, why can't I ever win" he grumbled as he got up off of you and helped you up.

"Of cou-" you were cut off with the sound of banging at the daycare doors

You were about to make your way to check it out when moon cut in front of you. He pointed to the desk and told you to hide behind it before he made his way to the door. You did as you were told and ducked behind the desk

"Who is it" you heard moon say before a high pitched shrill came from the door

"OH HIiIiIi, THIs iS thE DaycaRe righT?" She said trying to sound cute and bubbly

"She sounds annoying" you mumbled

"It is, but we're closed" moon replied before trying to shut the door

"Hold on" she said placing her foot in the door "I work here now"

Me and moon both froze in confusion, moon glanced to the desk with a look of 'what is she talking about'. You shook your head and shrugged in response 'I have no idea' you replied.
