        It's been so hard to sleep recently, it was to the point that even during the day you found yourself nodding off. It wasn't like anything was particularly wrong it just happened to be this new game you got that kept you up all night. The moment you started the game the clock went from 11pm-6am and it was time for you to have to get up.

      As much as you loved the game that very game is the cause of your sleep loss. When you're as tired as you were right now it became easy to overlook things. Such as when the closing announcements rang from over head and everyone started leaving. But you, you had tuned out everything and now here you were in a closed colorful area that you didn't remember walking into.

        You looked around and everywhere your gaze fell there were toys and giant play structures. With how out of it you were your eyes started to blur and distort their colors and shadows. Everywhere you looked a shadow lingered in your gaze. You couldn't tell what was real and what wasn't. You started to feel nervous and jittery jumping at the slightest sound.

     "Calm down.." you mumbled quietly taking in a big sigh "I'm probably in the car and this is probably just a dream" you assured yourself

"Pardon me" a smooth deep voice came from in front of you

You looked up to see an animatronic with a star night cap and and orange red sun face plate. His head spun in a circle smoothly as he knelt down in front of you leaning down to your height. You hugged your knees to your chest unsure of whether he was a dream or not.

"Good evening my dear, it seems you were having so much fun you lost track of time" he said gently

"...are you real..." you asked reaching out and touching his nightcap

"I very much am my dear, I Eclipse am the daycare attendant, I'm here to watch over you while you're in my care of course" he chuckled lightly

"You're very colorful..." you yawned laying your head so your cheek was pressed against your knee and you were looking to the side

"Why thank you my dear, please excuse me for a moment" he gently brought his hand around your face and lifted it so you were facing him once more

"....hm?" You looked up at him curiously

"Goodness my dear are you alright there's dark circles under your eyes, it's improper to comment on a ladies appearance forgive me, but this won't do my dear" he said gently pulling his arms back

"Why do you have four...?" You asked sleepily pointing at his arms with another yawn

"Oh I see, well it's easier to watch over many children with more arms" he said softly "now may I?" He asked gesturing to pick you up

You nodded

He came closer on his knees and gently scooped you up in his arms bridal style. He hummed softly as he carried you over to his tower before slowly ascending up to the entrance.

"Now get some rest starlight" he said a soft red glow illuminated from his eyes

"I'm not tired" you denied shaking your head

"Of course you aren't" he chuckled laying you down on the couch and putting a blanket over you "don't worry sunshine I'll be here when you wake up" he assured you

"But.." you tried to protest but he put a finger to your lips

"Be a good girl and go to sleep" he whispered gently rubbing your hair

You pulled the blanket over your head feeling a bit nervous. You felt his hand rub your back through the fabric of the blanket. You wanted to stay awake but your eyes betrayed you as they fluttered closed and you drifted off to sleep.

After awhile a loud sound caused you to jump awake your head throbbed, probably from lack of sleep. You still felt so tired so you wondered how long you had really been asleep for. You looked around your eyes falling on a pair of glowing ones in the dark.

"Eclipse...?" You called out quietly

The pair of red eyes tilted curiously before taking on a more orange hue. The eyes now appeared much higher than before as the shadow came closer. For some reason you weren't scared maybe because you were just so tired your sense of danger was gone.

"It's just me my dear" the voice said softly as eclipse came into view, the dim light from his charging station making him more visible as he cupped your cheek with his hand

"I knew it was you" you smiled leaning into his touch

"Why are you awake so soon, my darling..." he asked sounding concerned "did you have a nightmare?" He asked rubbing your head

"There was a noise...?" You said quietly questioning if what you had heard was real or not

"Oh I'm sorry my dear that was my fault...I got into a small conflict of sorts..." he trailed off "Oh but there's no need for concern my dear, it was lighthearted..." he said spinning his head slowly

"A...conflict...with who?" You asked looking around to make sure you weren't missing anyone

"Oh...we'll you see when the lights change I also change into two other animatronics but we are one in the same..." he explained

"I see" you yawned

"They just wanted more of your attention to themselves individually instead of sharing you.." he chuckled nervously

"If they're as sweet and colorful as you I'd be happy to meet them..." you said leaning into him as your eyes threatened sleep once more

"Goodness my dear...you are so precious..." laughed softly "May I?" He asked pausing waiting for your reply before wrapping his arms around you

"Mmhmm" you hummed quietly

"Very well" he said gently wrapping his arms around you and scooping you up placing you back in the couch "now this time try to sleep more alright, darling" he said rubbing your hair gently

"Are you gonna stay with me..?" You asked quietly clutching onto one of his wrist ribbons

"Of course my dear" he said giving you a kiss on your forehead

"Thank you eclipse" you smiled sleepily

"Of course my dear" he said pulling the blanket up to your chin "sweet dreams my dear

"Sweet dreams eclipse" you yawned as your eyes finally fell closed and you drifted off to sleep
