This is Blake, when she's not nice. ={

~Skylar's POV~ (1 month later, so the summer now, probably June)

"Skylar," I glanced up as Becca tapped me with a baseball bat, before she dropped it in my lap. (Jeez Stiles much?) "You're up." She grinned before blowing a kiss towards Mitch and skipping onto the field.

I stepped up to the plate, swinging the bat around for a moment. The pitcher stepped up to the mound and gave me the stink-eye. I rolled my eyes, since it was Claire.

She leaned back and pitched the ball, but I let it fly past me. I groaned and swung it around for a bit more, but before Claire pitched, the umpire grabbed my arm and turned me around.

"What the hell?" I muttered as I almost tripped on my shoelaces. The umpire slowly took off their helmet, signalling to someone, or Claire, behind me.

"Seto?" I raised my eyebrows and felt the familiar butterflies in my stomach. I then watched as he grabbed something from his umpire jacket.

The wind started to pick up, sending dirt flying around. "Skylar! It's been almost 6 years..." I heard him yell over the wind. It was getting more speed, and making it hard to see or hear.

"AND I WAN.... O KNOW IF..... A... E!?" "WHAT!?" I couldn't understand what he was saying, and I couldn't see anything in front of me but his face.

"I SAID-" He was then cut off by a loud siren, blocking out everything but the wind.

"TORNADO!" I quickly turned around, only to get Seto's arms wrapped around my waist.

"LETS GET TO THE STORM SHELTER!" I grabbed onto Seto's hand and started running after him, trying to keep up, but since he was in the army, I was much slower than him.

The sirens only got louder as we ran, and I wasn't even sure that we were going in the right direction. "DOWN HERE!" I heard someone, probably Claire or Becca yell from off to the left.

"Come on, babe!" Seto yanked my arm again, but I lost my footing and fell to the ground, also letting go of Seto's hand.

"SKYLAR!" He was then cut off and pulled away, the only way I could tell was because he disappeared from my peripheral vision.

The sounds got louder, so I started moving towards where Seto went. I didn't find anything but a big ditch and an old upturned car. I thought back to what to do when in a tornado, so I crawled into the ditch and pulled my knees up, and my hands over my head.

As the wind picked up, so did my heart. I was terrified of what was going to happen to me, but I couldn't keep freaking out. It wouldn't do me any good.

So instead I just cowered in the ditch, trying to see if I could find any idea of where they could have gone, but I only saw dirt, until I saw the actual tornado. Then I started to panic again.

~Seto's POV~ (haha, suck it)

"Let me go! Skylar's still out there!" I pulled away from Mitch's grasp and started for the cellar stairs. "Seto, if you go out there, we won't let you back in. I'm sure she's going to be fine, just wait till the end of the storm!" I clenched my fists together and turned around, shoving him away.

"What if it was Becca!? What if you were gone for four years, and then come back. ONLY TO LOSE HER AGAIN!" "Woah, calm down man." Mitch stood back up, and raised his hands up in surrender.

"Just, butt out of my business and we'll get along fine." Mitch rolled his eyes and muttered something under his breath, only to get hit by Becca. They had a silent conversation, but all I was thinking about was leaving to go get Skylar.
