~Skylar's POV~

Once Cooper was asleep, Seto and I just sat on the couch watching TV. I couldn't stop thinking about what he told me earlier.

"When do you leave?" I blurted out and he instantly knew what I meant. "A couple days after you start college." I squeezed my eyes shut, and tried to picture him not being in the same school as me. Not getting to come home to him. For however long he's going. Depending on what he signed up to do.

"I don't want you to go." I noticed he also had tears in his eyes, but he was trying not to let them fall. "Neither do I. But... I can't, not go." "Yes you can. Just don't go." He placed his hands against the sides of my face, and looked at my cheek. He winced as if remembering the day he slapped me.

"I can never forgive myself for that." He leaned his forehand against my chin, and I knew he had let a single tear fall, because it hit my hand.

"Seto... Be a man." I chuckled. "Well apparently I'm not one, Skylar." He poked my side, making me squirm away from him. Eventually he was tickling me, and I couldn't sit still.

"DONT LAUGH! YOU'LL WAKE UP COOPER!" "I... I can't help.... I can't help it." I pushed myself away from onto the floor. My sides still ached and I felt like he was still tickling me.

"Have fun?" I turned my attention to the doorway, which had Seto's parents. They had amused looks on their faces.

"Your face turned quite purple, Skylar. I thought I was gonna have to use the old jaws of life!" His dad then flexed his muscles, which wasn't hardly any.

"Scott, stop embarrassing him in front of her." Seto's mom pulled his dad out of the room by his tie, and the entire time he just kept flexing his arms. I turned back to Seto to see his face beat red.

"Come on," He grumbled and grabbed my hand, shutting the TV off. "Let's go to bed." I obeyed, exhausted from my headache and being tickled.

Seto gave me one of his shirts to change into, but I changed into a pair of shorts I had here. Seto went into the bathroom to change and I changed in the bedroom.

I heard the toilet flush right as I snuggled up into the bed. "So I was thinking that we could snuggle and look at cute animals until we fall asleep?" Seto shut the bathroom door and sat on the bed next to me.

"SETO! WHAT IN THE WORLD. WHY IS THERE A C..." Seto placed his hands over my ears and ran out of the room. Ok?

"Mom, be quiet!" They argued for a few moments, and eventually Seto came back up, smiling brightly.

"What was that about?" "A surprise." He laid next to me, pulling me against his chest. "So what will it be? Animals, or people falling?" "What do you think?"

I looked up at him, but to answer my question he just pulled up his phone, going to cute animals pictures. "You know me so well." I giggled and clicked the first one, which was a bunny.

"I want a pet." I sighed and heard stomping coming from the next room over. "SISSY!?" "Cooper." The door thunked open and Cooper came running in.

"I'm scared." Seto and I sighed and let him crawl in between us. "I guess we'll look at more pictures tomorrow. Night guys." Seto shut his phone off and ruffled Cooper's hair.

"Night love." He kissed my forehead, but Cooper shoved his hand against my face. "No kissing. Just sleeping." I rolled my eyes and laid against his head. "Goodnight to you too, Coop."

When I woke the next morning, Seto wasn't in the bed and neither was Cooper. "They both left me." I pulled myself out of bed, putting on one my shirts instead of Seto's.
