Hello people. I know it takes me ages but we are slowly getting there. I am planning to do about 5 more chapters. This is shorter, but I really wanted to post something. As always enjoy and thank you for reading.

PS: The whole chapter is in the author's POV because I liked it better that way, but let me know if it's better or worse than the POVs I did before.

Author's POV:

Three men are sitting in the bar turning to the door, watching the fourth one coming in. His black leather jacket, an inseparable part of his image, matches his all-black attire. As always. He slowly walks towards the table and sits in an empty chair next to the man with a surprised and angry face.

"What are you doing here?" Porsche asks him, but then he turns to talk to Vegas and Pete.

"What is he doing here?" he asks them angrily again.

"Calm down. I am here to talk about a proposal with my cousin," Kim answers unbothered by Porsche's resentment.

"A proposal?" Porsche's voice gets even higher, but he turns to Pete again, trying to find an ally, someone who will explain to him what is going on.

"Ehm," Pete clears his throat, "we called Kim here because..."

"Because he has something that could help us and you need the help," Vegas interrupts his boyfriend. He is getting impatient. Obviously, he expected Porsche to get angry or surprised, but they cannot sit in this bar for too long. It's already dangerous as it is.

"We need the help," Pete corrects him, and Vegas just rolls his eyes in response. Like he is going to admit that.

"You asked how bad it was," Pete continues towards Porsche, who now is frowning in disapproval.

"Pretty bad actually, but even Vegas and I don't know how far Korn went."

"Speak for yourself I have a pretty vivid idea of how far the bastard can go," Vegas says little annoyed and takes a sip from his drink.

"Do you, cousin?" Kim finally speaks and makes a teasing face at his older cousin. His face looks amused, but in reality, even Kim is worried. He couldn't care less about his cousin or his brother's boyfriend, but unfortunately for him, Kinn's boyfriend turned out to be a brothe of his boyfriend and now Kim has to care. Because Porschay cares. About everyone it seems, not only his brother. And if he knew he had something to protect them and didn't use it...Kim might as well dig himself a grave next to his family's and bury himself before Chay could do it.

"Yes, I do, cousin," Vegas answers and moves his torso closer to Kim. This little brat is pissing him off sometimes. Most of the time, actually. He always hated Kinn when his father made him compete with him all the time. But he always also taught Kinn was never as good as he should be. It seemed everything came easy to him, and he truly didn't possess what was necessary to lead a mafia family. But Kim. Kim was always mysterious. And that made Vegas curious about him. So curious that he kept a special tab on his little cousin. And even though Vegas would rather die than admit this to anyone he was a little scared of Kim. The youngest sibling of the main family was dangerous in many ways, and according to Vegas, more capable to lead the family than Kinn. He was ruthless, curious almost nosy, and if it wasn't for Macau's fried aka Porsche's brother, also very heartless. Kim pretended he didn't care for the family business but as soon as someone new appeared he started to play Sherlock Holmes and dig out their whole past. The man sitting next to him included. So Vegas had to be careful. For his and Pete's sake, he had to be careful.

"Hmm," was the only response Kim provided. "Is anyone going to explain to me what is happening or are we just going to sit here and look at each other in mysterious ways?" Porsche frowns at all of them because Kim and Vegas just stare at each other in a silent contest and Pete is not doing anything to stop them.

"Well, Kim here has something that could help us. Or at least he is saying that he has it," Vegas comments still making a 'mysterious' face.
"What are you gaining by this," Porsche asks Kim.
"A safety net," the younger guy says simply while shrugging his shoulders. Porsche looks at him suspiciously for a few moments but then he just turns back to Vegas. He understands it's about his brother. And he is grateful to Kim for taking care of him.

"You already know my father and Petrov were in contact," Kim starts. It's not a question, but Vegas still nods. "Do you know about the Vietnamese deal?" this time it is a question.
"Some of it," Vegas answers.
"But I don't," Porsche meddles into their conversation.
"It's about human trafficking and my father wants Kinn to move to Vietnam for a few months. To negotiate the deal properly and look after it at the beginning. To..."

"To get him away from me," Porsche finishes for Kim. No one says anything. They all know its truth.

"Basically. But I heard a rumour there's also a secret deal going on between them. I don't know what it is about exactly, but my father is making sure it goes through and he makes it as secret as possible."

"How did you hear about it then?" Vegas interrupts him while stirring his drink.
"I have my people," Kim answers displeased by it.
"Ofcourse you do," Vegas smiles at him slyly.
"I heard another rumour, that the deal was about you," Kim points out. And Vegas grins. Ofcourse he thinks it is about him. If Vegas had to bet his money, he would bet it on the drugs, but that doesn't exclude Kim's rumour. It might as well be both. The question is which one would Korn want to cover more.

"Is that it?" Vegas asks, but not in an insulting way."For now. I need more time to find out details," Kim answers. "And what is your grandiose plan then?" Porsche asks not understanding why this meeting was important if this is the only thing they would discuss.

"Nothing for now," Vegas answers unbothered.
"Pete said you had a plan."
"Yeah. But for now, I don't trust you to not spill it to your boyfriend," Porsche goes furious over this. After all, he was the one who asked Vegas for help. He was the one who came to them and wanted to take down Korn. Why does Vegas think he would jeopardize it by telling Kinn? Does he really think Porsche is that weak?

"You should talk to Kinn about the deal and what he thinks about his father. And for that, it's better if you don't know anything. It's just my insurance policy," Vegas explains.

"It doesn't matter if I talk to him. Kinn is faithful to his father."
"Kinn is faithful to his dick. So you might as well try," Vegas spits out and Porsche is left speechless for a few seconds. He should be used to Vegas' comments by now, but the other man still manages to surprise him.
"What does it matter to you? Are you becoming soft-hearted now? About Kinn and me out of all things, too?" Vegas grins again and he moves closer to Porsche.

"Listen. I am giving you a chance to keep your relationship. Take it or leave it. I don't care, but you aren't getting any information about our plans anyway. At least not know," Vegas speaks to him. He truly doesn't care if his cousin keeps his relationship or not, but he actually got to like Porsche. Not that he would ever admit it though. He wanted to offer him a way out because he knew he would like one if it was about Pete and him.

"I'll think about it," Porsche says finally. He doesn't want to though. He loves Kinn, but he is not sure he trusts Kinn.

"I'll be leaving now. I'll get in touch if I find something more," Kim says and starts getting up when Porsche grabs his hand and makes him sit again.

"Wait a second. I have something I wanted to show Vegas but if you are here you might want to take a look at it," he says and Kim sits down.

"I am showing you because I trust you. Even though I probably shouldn't," the last part he whispers under his breath, but everyone hears it anyway.

"What is it, then?" Vegas asks and leans over the table as Porsche is moving the stuff from his bag.

"Where did you get it?" Pete, who was quiet this whole time, asks when he sees it.
