Chapter # 26

"What do you mean?! This shouldn't have happened if I was there by their sides!!!"

"(Name), Calm down!"

"Calm down!? Are you fucking kidding me!?" The said woman pulled her hair in frustration and anger.

They both women were standing in an abandoned run-down building.
"(Name), you didn't know what they were planning! Neither did any of us!" Arshi was annoyed not just at her friend but mostly at herself.

"No, shit, this has gotten out of hand real quick."

"I figured, we have to get out of Japan and go back to (Native country)."

"No, I can't. I have duties here."

"What duties!" Arshi grabbed her shoulders, "there is nothing for you here, (Name). Nothing, he is gone and you'll be soon if you don't stop acting so stubbornly."

(Name) gazed at her friend, she felt betrayed, "you're saying this? Arshi, look, go back home if you want I am not coming."

"(Name), look at me." Arshi took hands, "I got a call from back home after the curtain was lifted,"

"You did?"

"(Name), the manor was attacked."

(Name) was livid, "what!? Why didn't you tell me this sooner!?"

"I didn't think it was an appropriate time."

"Everyone is okay, right?" Arshi looked away, biting her lips, "Arshi, how is everyone?"
(Name) grabbed her face, "Arshi, please tell me, is everyone alright?"

"Your father and Uncle couldn't survive." A tear escaped (Name)'s eye.

"As you are fighting us here, everyone in your family is being murdered."

"(Name), say something!" Arshi was shaking her, her voice choking on tears she have been holding onto for too long.
(Name) lifted her hand and wiped a tear off of her cheek. "(Name), dont, dont bottle it all." Arshi was sobbing, "I can see you are hurting, please... Please don't leave me alone to mourn."

(Name)'s heart shattered seeing her beg her for a bit of comfort and of the feeling that (Name) was there for her as much she has been.

"Arshi... I can't. I can not mourn knowing those murderers are out there." She dried her friend's tears, "but I promise, I'll always be here for you."

"(Name), damn it! You are not doing anyone any good this way! Or have you always been this selfish!?" (Name) let go of her hands.
Arshi realized what she has said, "(Name), I didn't mean---"

"No, you are right. I'm selfish."

"Just listen---"

"I'm selfish, I'm not thinking of anyone but myself." She backed away from her, "I've made not-so-rational decisions, I know it."

"(Name)---" she held up a hand.

"Go back to (Native country), it's an order."

"You can't order me!!!"

"I can, are you forgetting who you are talking to right now?" Her voice was cold and sharp, "Arshia Jahangir, I order you to go back and dont consider coming back."

"This is it? (Name), do you realize---"

"Yes, I do realize the implication of my order."

"Here I thought you were just as much my friend as I was yours." Arshia said, "I hope you fulfill whatever selfish  desire driving you right now." She smiled, saying goodbye.

She should have stopped her.

(Name) dropped on her knees.
Everything had gone downhill after she passed out, Mahito did show up. He tried killing Yuji but failed. Was then absorbed by Pseudo-Geto. He did succeed in his plans. Yuji has been sentenced to death at sight, (Name) was on the run with prison realm. Nanami was suspended from Jujutsu high.
She has not kept track of the casualties.
Hundreds died and thousands got injured.
Now, Arshi left her as well.

'She deserves to be as far from this madness as possible.' (Name) thought, she gathered her remaining strength and hoisted to her feet.

"It's time to look for Yuji and the rest."

(Name) was sprinting as fast as she can towards the traces she has found.
She caught a glimpse of familiar black hair, 'isn't that the guy I tied up...? Wait--- is that Naoya Zenin? What the hell is he doing here?'
They were fighting, 'should I intervene or... Maybe not.'

Naoya was able to take down the guy who used blood manipulation and she didn't know his name.

She froze, 'this overwhelming power...'

"I killed Yuji Itadori, Naoya." The boy with dark brown hair came into view, dragging the body of Itadori Yuji behind him.

"You look beaten up, do you need help?" He asked.

"No,"

"You can go ahead and tell everyone Itadori is dead, they didn't have to worry about him anymore."

"Don't order me." He spat, his tone was harsh.
The boy didn't say anything, Naoya Zenin walked off, "(Name), you can come out now."
She jumped off of the roof she has been hiding on.

"He took the bait."

"He sure did." The boy smiled.

"Thank you, Yuta."

"Oh no, don't thank me. You are my respected, and wife of Gojo Sensei. I just followed his orders."

"Is Yuji going to be okay?"

"Yes, I don't intend to be nosey but what are you planning on doing now?" The boy asked, curiosity flickering in his eyes.

"I'll find a way to break the seal and bring back Satoru."

"You should join me, I'm planning on going back to Jujutsu high." He told her, "I've heard that you have the prison realm, correct?"

"Yeah, I have it."

"Great! It wouldn't be long before we bring back Gojo Sensei." He threw Yuji over his shoulder, "(Name), do you mind picking up the guy over there?"

The man was covered in blood.
"Alright,"

"Megumi! You are alright?" Yuji was finally awake, "(Name)! You too!"

"Hello, Yuji." (Name) pats his head.

"Do you mind me asking me... What is your relationship with my younger brother?" The man, who has introduced himself as Choso, asked.

There was no sound, just fire cackling in the middle.

"(Name) is like a sister to me!" Yuji turned to face her, "right?"

"Yes, of course, he is my younger brother."

"That makes me your brother as well." (Name) choked on her saliva. Choso's face was blank.

"Excuse me?"

"Itadori Yuji is my younger brother."

"Is he telling the truth, Yuji?" The boy just shrugged.

"What a big happy family you all are."
"Megumi, not as fabulous as our family, am I right?" (Name) ruffled the boy's hair.

"(Name), don't touch my hair!" She just snickered making a mess of his hair.

"I'm kinda jealous of your hair, Megumi-chan. Such luscious long hair every girl desires, what's your secret?"

"(Name), stop it!" The boy pouted.

Itadori laughed, "Fushiguro, you look like a homeless hedgehog!"

The boy raised a hand to slap Itadori, but (Name) who has been sitting between them, grabbed his wrist.

"Woman, watch out! You'll break my wrist!" She let go of his wrist.

"Guys, shouldn't we plan what to do next?"

"Let's first head to Jujutsu high."
