(Miscarriage in this chapter)
(I'm sorry in advance for how emotional this chapter gets for Y/n and friends)
——Y/n's POV——
"Y/n! You're wake!" Steve said while smiling and with tears in his eyes.
"What happened? Steve, were am I?" I asked him.
"After Billy pinned you, you passed out again... Y/n, blood was dripping, so I called an ambulance. Dustin and his mom are on their way-" Steve said before I cut him off.
"Wait! Blood was... Does that mean that I-" I said before Steve cut me off.
"Yes... Y/n, I'm so sorry. The doctors told me that the baby had died only minutes before we got here" Steve said as his grip on my hand got tighter but not painfully tight.
"Get out. Steve... Get out" I said to Steve.
*Steve walked out of the room and closed the door behind him. After he closed that door all your tears began to flow*
——Steve's POV——
I left like Y/n asked me to and saw Max and Nancy out in the hallway. I didn't know that I had tears in my eyes until Max told me.
"Steve, are you okay? You're crying..." Max said to me.
"Of course I'm crying! Y/n is in there fucking sobbing over her baby, and I can't be there to support her! I've loved Y/n since I first met her and I can't stand to see her like that Max!" I yelled out at Max.
"Wait a minute. What happened to the Y/n's baby? Is Y/n okay?" Nancy asked me.
*Steve took a deep breath and tried to calm down a bit before answering Nancy*
"Nance, Y/n... she... she lost the baby. The doctors said that they don't know what caused the miscarriage" I said to Nancy.
*Before anyone could say anything Dustin and his mom came thundering down the hallway looking for Y/n's room. Dustin saw Steve and ran up to him*
"Steve! Where's Y/n?" Dustin asked me.
"She's in there, but before you go in there I need to tell you something..." I said to Dustin.
"Ok, hit me with it" Dustin said to me.
"Y/n lost her baby... when she passed out there was blood dripping down her legs. Dustin, she's sobbing in there right now..." I said to Dustin.
"Mom, can I go talk with Y/n first" Dustin asked his mom.
"Ok Dustybun, but when you're done talking to her I need to speak with Y/n alone" Dustin's mom said to Dustin.
——Y/n's POV——
*You sobbed threw all of the conversations that happened out in the hallway. You were laying on your side just holding your now empty womb. Then Dustin walked in, he could see the pain in your face and the tears in your eyes*
"Y/n... Steve told me... do you wanna talk about it?" Dusty asked me as he flopped down next to me on the hospital bed.
"Dusty... I was going to name them after Aaron" I said to Dusty as I turned and sobbed into his chest.
Dusty wrapped his arms around me and hugged me tightly. I fell asleep in his arms before I we could continue our conversation.
——Dustin's POV——
Y/n had fallen asleep in my arms. She was snoring so loud that I bet that they could her from the hallway. About an hour pasted and my mom walked in so she could talk with Y/n. I told her that Y/n had fallen asleep and asked her if she could send Steve in.
*Dustin's mom left and got Steve. Steve walked in*
"So what do you need?" Steve asked me.
"Me and my mom have to go soon, and I was wondering if you would be able to stay with Y/n overnight. I was going to ask Nancy or Max but they have school tomorrow. So can you stay with Y/n for the night?" I asked Steve.
"Um sure, I guess I can stay" Steve said back to me.
"Thanks man!" I said to Steve as I got up and walked out.
*Everyone that was there for you went home, except Steve*
