Chapter Fourteen
—Dustin's POV—
*You were still passed out while this conversation happened*
"Hey Dustin, what do we do about Eddie?" Mike asked me.
"We could ask Steve for advice. But we'd have to make sure that we don't say that it has to do with Y/n and Eddie. Steve would freak if we said it had to do with her" I told Mike.
"Why would Steve freak?" Mike asked.
"Didn't Nancy or Max tell you?" I said.
"Tell me what?" Mike asked.
"That night Y/n lost Dell, Steve was crying from seeing Y/n like that. Max asked why Steve why he was crying and he said that he has been in love with Y/n since they first met..." I explained to Mike.
"Everyone felt lots of emotions that night. Steve could've said that he loved Y/n in a friend way" Mike said.
"Steve didn't leave Y/n's side for weeks after that night. I think that he actually does love Y/n" I said.
"Maybe, but Steve was probably just being nice. We all wanted to help Y/n after that" Mike said
*You start to wake up*
"Y/n! Y/n can you hear me?" I said to Y/n.
—Y/n's POV—
"Dusty?" I groaned out to Dustin.
"Y/n how are you feeling?" Dustin asked me.
"What happened?" I asked Dustin.
"You walked out of the cafeteria and fainted" Mike said to me.
"Eddie! Where is Eddie!" I asked them in a slight panic.
"Well... um-" Mike said before Dustin cut him off.
"WE um, don't know actually, but he's probably in class" Dustin said as he nudged Mike with his arm.
"There's something that you two aren't telling me, I can feel it" I said to them.
"Do you remember why you left the cafeteria?" Mike asked me.
"I remember that you guys were mad at Eddie for something, but I can't remember what" I said to Mike.
"Are you sure that you want to know what happened?" Dustin asked me.
"Yes! Yes Dustin I want to know" I said to Dustin.
"Okay then, basically Gareth asked Eddie to choose you or... or Chrissy. And Eddie... he chose Chrissy..." Dustin Told me.
*You sat there in silence for a minute as you thought back to what happened*
"If one of you two see Eddie tell him that we're done and that I quit Hellfire. Also give him back his necklace" I said to them as I took off the necklace and handed it to Dustin.
*You left and went to go find the nurse so you could get your late pass. Mike and Dustin left and walked off to there class. You got your late pass and walked to class, but you had this class with Eddie*
"Y/n I'm so so so sorry I didn't-" Eddie said before I cut him off.
"Oh fuck off Eddie, don't talk to me" I said to him.
*Eddie doesn't speak to you for the rest of the day. Then school ended, you headed to Lover's Lake like the note asked you to*
