"I can't believe this has happened!" Gasped a woman, who was currently seated on the sofa going through newspaper.
"We should have never left." Her husband shook his head. He was seated across from his wife.
Their daughter, who looked almost identical to her mother, stood behind a wall, eavesdropping on her parents as they disapproved of the murders that took place- as any parent would.
The young girl took a deep breath and slowly exhaled. She turned on her heal and began walking up the stairs. She made it to the eighth step before an obnoxious squeal came from the step, the young girl cursed beneath her breath. She heard her parents stop talking, clearly having heard the loud squeak.
"Quinn?" Her fathers voice called out.
Quinn quietly grunted then turned around and walked down the stairs again. She peered around the wall and was met with raised eyebrows from both of her parents.
"Were you listening in on our conversation?" Her mother questioned.
"N-no, i was just coming down to get a glass of water." Quinn defensively raised her hands.
Quinn's mum sighed. She wasn't born yesterday. "It's fine if you were, there's nothing to hide." She said.
The teenager raised her eyebrow suspiciously.
"Your father and i were actually thinking of taking you of school-" Judy was cut off by her husband.
"What your mother means to say, is, is that we believe you'll be better off at a much more, secure, school." Russel informed.
Quinn eyed them both. She didn't have any plans of going back to her old school, not after everything that had happened. But what did her dad mean by 'secure'?
"I don't understand?" Quinn softly said.
It was almost eleven o'clock at night, so her brain wasn't entirely working to figure everything out on its own.
Russel cleared his throat. "This is an all girls school, with girl only administrators, and most importantly, girl campus security- though i don't see how they're any better than a guy is, to be honest, that's a man's job. But your mother insisted, and you know i can't say no to her." He playfully looked to his wife who bashfully waved him off.
Quinn on the other hand, was almost sick to her stomach.
"That's not all, sweetie. They've got high security there. Cameras in every hallway, facing every direction. They've got advanced metal detectors at all school entry and exit doors, even doors leading to classrooms! Oo, how exciting." Mrs. Fabray smiled widely, "They have k-9 units there too. And oh, the most exciting part! It's a religious school, so you won't have to worry about missing any days at church."
'Missing church?' Quinn thought. 'Church is on Sunday! How many days a week am i supposed to go to this place?'
"This kinda sounds like a correctional facility, only a school?" Quinn brought up.
Her father raised a hand as to quiet his daughter, "We just don't want you in a town where many murders have taken place."
Judy clapped her hands together, "Alright, it's getting late. You better head to bed- and go to sleep this time."

A street light illuminated part of the sidewalk, stretching slightly onto the road and into someone's garden. Footsteps echoed through the night as a tall hooded figure came into view under the street light.
They waved their knife around, that had smeared blood on it, before walking to the house that was to their left.
