Caught by a Rat

You and April had climbed onto the rooftop where you had met the turtles, you were standing there awkwardly, fiddling with your hoodie strings as April shifted back and forth on her feet.

"Hello?" She flung her hands out into the air. "You told me to come here. I didn't bring anybody except my sister," THUD! Your eyes went wide as Mikey dropped in behind you and April, "I did exactly as you tol- AH!" April jumped and grabbed your arm when she saw Mikey.

"Okay!" Mikey shouted, "Are you April and Y/N O' Neil?" You both backed up slightly since Mikey was moving towards you, and April jumped again at the sound of another turtle moving towards you guys.

"Initiating retinal scan..." Donnie announced as he got closer to April, "Scanning, scanning, scanning... it's her!" He then turned to you and muttered the same things, "Guys it's them! It's them!"

THUMP! Leonardo landed next to you and grabbed your shoulder, pulling you close to him. He walked forwards so that he was also shoving April backwards at the same time. "Of course it's them, Donnie! Hey, really glad you could make it."

Raph landed in front of April and grinned at her as Leo turned you to face him. "Hey, there's someone REALLY important we want to introduce you both to- but first..."

And then a bag was thrown over your head. The color was a light blue, and through it you could slightly see Leo moving closer towards you.

'THEY'RE GONNA FUCKING KIDNAP US!' You thought as you backed away, only to end up backing into April.

Strong arms wrapped around your waist and hoisted you up so you were leaning over his shoulder.

You started squirming, this was NOT how you were gonna die. You didn't want your tombstone to read, 'Y/N O' Neil: Kidnapped and killed by 7 foot tall fucking ninja turtles'

"Hey, calm down!" Leonardo said as he gripped you tighter, you yelped at this, and Leo instantly loosened his grip, switching from carrying you over his shoulder to carrying you in his arms bridal style.

WHOOSH! Wind was blowing up the bag-mask and hitting your face, 'DID HE THROW ME OFF THE ROOF?!'

You started squirming again, only to realize that he was still holding on. 'IS HE TRYING TO KILL US BOTH?! OH MY GOD!'

And then the wind stopped. 'IM DEAD. HE FUCKING KILLED ME. HIS BEAUTIFUL EYES BETRAYED ME!'

But the sound of a metal scraping against cement caught your attention, you could make out the bulky figure of one of the other turtles leaning down. Okay, so the others were still here, he must have just jumped down to the ground, and since he's a mutant turtle he isn't dead. That... kind of makes sense.

Leo ran forwards again as soon as the other turtle finished doing whatever he was doing. You yelped as he jumped and landed in... water? WERE YOU IN THE SEWERS?

You instinctively gripped Leonardo's shell, as to not fall off when he started going faster. You squeezed your eyes shut and pressed your head to his plastron, praying that you wouldn't die...

•-Third Person POV-•

Leonardo gulped as you grabbed his shell, it made him falter and almost trip, which he noticed made you only grab onto him tighter.

He had never been this close to a girl before, and he was freaking out a little bit, he thought you were very pretty. That didn't mean he had feelings for you, because that did NOT matter right now.

No, he just... he thought you were very pretty. Yeah, nothing more than that. He shook his head as he adjusted his grip and continued to run through the sewers after his brothers, hoping that he wouldn't drop you.
