Ryo was having trouble to get up, while a dead demon was pinning him down. Akira didn't see him either; his eyes only spotted me on the floor. In rage he stopped the demon from eating me up, tearing it apart. He lost all control of his powers, destroying everyone on the dance floor, burning the place up. Ryo managed to escape the place, by being supported by someone to get him out from under this creature. The only few areas left unburned, where I lied and the monster he just killed. In his demon form, he stood before the large creature, " Habet, how dare you show up in this place." He didn't get an answer, but it seems that Akira wasn't the one talking. His voice was a lot deeper.
Still conscious, I moaned out in pain. Whatever Ryo had given me, it started to wear off. The pain in my hand was getting worse and my head began to spin again. Akira turned around at the sound, holding me up, but my feet refused to keep me up. Hold me up bridal style, Akira flew me back home. He couldn't see Ryo anywhere, hoping that he wasn't harmed at the party. His arms tried to keep me warm, while I shivered terribly. Through his bedroom window, he turned back into his human form, carrying me towards the bathroom. These whole sudden movements made my stomach turn badly, desperately seeking for the toilet. Akira however, didn't leave me alone, he sat beside me, rubbing my back and held up my hair, while I threw out my entire breakfast down the drain.
If I had known what Akira has done for me, I would have been very grateful.
He went down to get me a tea and some crackers, while making a bath ready. Refusing to take off my clothes, he just placed me into the bathtub with it. Next was my hand. He used a first aid kit and something to keep the hand straight, assuming that it was broken. To get me to the hospital would only cause problems. Akira laid me down next to him, after I ate, drink and took some pain killers. He warmed my body with his, rubbing my arm tenderly. Unable to control it, he started to cry. He feels responsible that I got into this mess. Later that night, he received a text message from Ryo. He wrote that he lost me during a walk, saying that he wanted to show me the city at night. Of course, his friend had always a good way to talk himself out, even the fact that he left with me the house he had a reason for this. Akira won't get the truth from his old friend, that was for sure. Right now, he couldn't care less; all that matters was that I was alive.
Back at the old building, several people walked around the place.
A man checked one of the burned victims, only for it to fall into a pile of ashes, "He was here alright. That was his work." A woman stood beside him, licking her lips, "So he returned, he came back...Amon." Excited and aroused, she moaned out with delight, "Oh Amon, how long has it been, since you made love to me?" The man offered to give himself over to her, to satisfy her desire. She shook her head at this, "I have no use for you."
"Don't worry; when you need me...I'll be there."
"Don't bother Kaim"
The man laughed it off, looking over the only demon that didn't get burned, "Habet, who would have thought that he would come to the human realm. What do you think Sirene?"
The woman shrugged it off, she couldn't care less about it, but Kiam was sure; this is only the beginning. He knew that such strong demons like Habet would only appear if something has summoned them. Sirene had the same thought, "But who knew how to summon such legendary creatures?"
"That is what we have to find out, before more of those come to the human realm."
At Ryo's home, he sat in his bed, while working on his laptop. Although the camera was destroyed, he didn't seem to be sad about it. His secretary brought him his meal. "Jenny, what happened while I was out?" She sat on the nearest chair, crossing her legs, "She didn't get possessed or eaten. Devilman got in the way before it could happen." Ryo didn't take his eyes of the display, "So he found us anyway. I have to convince him that I wasn't there with her." That is the moment where he texted Akira of where he is. It surprised him though, that he didn't reply so much as Ryo expected. Jenny got off her chair, "Shall we do something about this?" "No Jenny, let me handle this" he went through the tapes he done with Akira, "I just try again."
"And Devilman?"
"I know how to handle him. He will believe me no matter what I say."
