I don't know how I came home or how I came into Akira's bed. All my clothes from last night were still on me, a little soaked and wrapped around with a towel. Even the fact that he hugged me from behind, giving me warmth made it hard to be angry at him. Turning my head towards him, I noticed how he looked so peaceful. I got tense as his head came closer, touching my forehead with his. He refused to let go and cuddled even more into my back. Since it was all warm and comfy, I decided to sleep a while longer.

BAM!!!

"N/A, Akira, where have you..."

My eyes were wide open, while Akira just looked over my shoulder with a tired expression.

"...been?" Miki stood there, surprised to see us both in bed.

I rose my hand weakly, "It is not what it looks like." Akira just repeated what I said in the same tired voice. Miki was still standing there, "Breakfast s ready."

Yawning loud, I faced Akira again, "Morning."

Stunned, he leaned over and kissed my cheek, "Morning, did you sleep well?"

Lost for words I didn't know what to say. Releasing me from his grip, he got up. Suddenly, he began to blush. Unsure of what he looked at, I followed his gaze. My clothes were sticking to my skin, showing all of my curves...and more. Akira looked away, "I swear I didn't do anything inappropriate. You were sick last night and I had to wash you."

"In my clothes?"

"You would have hated me if I took them off."

Good point.

He suggested that I should shower again and left the room. While the warmth of the water was soothing my shoulders, my mind began to wonder. Last night...what happened last night? Even my hand looked swollen, when did that happen? A large part of my memory was erased and no matter how much I tried to remember, I can't. Having a headache didn't make this work out any easier, giving up quickly. On Akira's bed were clothes of his. They weren't there a while ago; he must have placed them there. The tiny note on the shirt gave clarity, they are meant for me. I am about the same height as Miki, so it might be too big right now, but for the time being it is okay. Miki didn't say anything at breakfast; she only gave me some glares from time to time. Akira didn't eat much, leaving the house in a hurry. She waited for this to happen, dragging me into her bedroom, "What is going on?"

"What are you talking about?"

"You didn't come home at six and I find you in bed with Akira. I thought you didn't like him or his friend."

I raised a brow, "Friend...what friend?"

"This weird guy who is Akira's friend, he invited us to meet him."

"Were you there?"

Miki shook her head, "Of course not, you were there. Can't you remember?"

I shook my head, "To be honest, I don't know anything about last night."

"And what did you do to your hand?!"

I shrugged, "Beats me."

No one in the family had asked about my hand, but I felt their stares. As for Miki, she pulled me along to the hospital. Through a blood test, they would find out if drugs are involved, while a nurse took care of my hand. Thankfully it wasn't broken, just strained. The swelling will be gone in a few days.

Meanwhile, Akira went over to his old friend.

Not only to get the motor cycle back, but also to question him about last night. Ryo was more than prepared for this, answering Akira's questions with ease. He never mentioned the party, the drugs, the demons or even his main goal. The blond boy went over his smart phone and raised it towards Akira, "It is already in the news. They blamed some homeless guys that they tried to burn down the place." Akira looked ashamed to the ground. Ryo didn't pay any attention to him, "I know it was you that caused this fire. Although, I am not sure how N/A got involved in this."

"Because she got lost in the dark" repeated Akira his friend's words.

"Exactly"

"Why didn't you wait for me?"

He asked this question before, but his friend just repeated his answer, "Because the demon inside was about to dominate you. Who knows what you would have done to N/A if she came up to see you." He didn't want to think about it. Ryo knew that this was the end of the discussion, texting his secretary. Curious, Akira asked him what he was doing. He simply said, that Jenny is taking care of personal stuff for him, things he is not bothered to do by himself. As much as Ryo told Akira, some things were still untold. That he is hurt for instance, Ryo didn't show it, but his eyes could see the bandages under his shirt. Or for the fact, that I don't know anything about him or the party. Apart from all this, Akira allowed us to meet again, but this time, he will be around.

But first he has to get past Miki.

Like a married couple, they were arguing over that matter. In his bedroom, I have packed my bags already. For once, Miki decided to share her room with me, no matter what Akira or her family would say. She thinks that I shouldn't be around Akira's friend or him all too often. Akira couldn't find the right words to convince her otherwise. With his head hanging low, he had to watch his roommate leaving him.

"I am just a few doors away, don't worry."

"But I don't want you to leave."

Giving him a kiss on his forehead, I smiled, "See it this way; I am starting to like you."

At least I got one smile on to his lips...if it wasn't for his tears to ruin that moment.
