Maggie's POV
It was now December 31st and everyone was kicking it at a ballroom for the New Year's Eve party. Maggie was chilling by the punch bowl until she saw Yoo-mi.
"Yo Yoo-mi!" Maggie called out to grab her attention.
"Hey Maggie, what's up?" Yoo-mi greeted as she walked over to her.
"Nothing much, just ready for this year to be over with." Maggie replied as she sipped some punch.
"Me too, it's about time this year is gonna be over with." Yoo-mi sighed out.
"So, what you finna do?" Maggie asked.
"Nothing really, but since you called me over I guess just chill with you." Yoo-mi answered.
Maggie's face turned red as Yoo-mi stood next to her.
"$5 that they're gonna kiss tonight." Common Sense bets.
"$10 if they fuck in the bathroom stall." Lust added in.
"Guys stop, I still have a bad feeling about this." Love claimed.
"Why? You still feel the aura between 3 people?" Lust asked.
"Yes, usually that's not good." Love stated.
It finally dawned upon Lust and Common Sense on what Love was talking about;
It's the case of a...
Love Triangle!
"Oh damn, there's gonna be some tension." Common Sense muttered out.
"Or they could threeway." Lust suggested.
Love smack them upside the head.
"Should I...make my move when the countdown happens?" Maggie thought to herself.
Yn's POV
I walked around to see all of my favorite people here.
"Hey Jung Jae, how are you holding up?" I asked.
"A lot better now." Jung Jae replied. "Though it still sucks to walk around with these crutches." Jung Jae sighed out.
"But, at least you don't have to worry about you-know-who when it hits midnight." Anupam assured Jung Jae.
"Yeah, you're right! It's time I go into a new year without Giselle and her gold digging nature." Jung Jae announced.
I smiled.
It was nice to see Jung Jae be happy again.
"Hey Yn!" I heard someone call out.
I turned around to see the soon-to-be married couple themselves; Ha Jun and Ho-yeon.
"Ha Jun! Ho-yeon! Happy New Year!" I exclaimed as I hugged them both.
"Thanks, Happy New Year." Ha Jun replied. "What's your new year's resolution?" Ha Jun asked.
"Eh, I'm not doing one because what's the point of making a promise you can't keep?" I explained.
"She got the same idea I got." Ho-yeon agreed.
"Well my new year's resolution is to spend the rest of my life with this cool girl here." Ha Jun stated as he pecked Ho-yeon's cheek.
"Babe, that is so corny." Ho-yeon chuckled out.
"You knew me for 8 months." Ha Jun laughed.
"Well, I'm gonna go walk around until the countdown, see you later." I announced as I walked off.
