Chapter 42

Maggie's POV

Maggie was in her house cuddling with Yoo-mi.

"You good girl?" Maggie asked. "You've been quiet this whole time." Maggie stated.

"I'm good, just relaxed." Yoo-mi replied with a chuckle.

Maggie chuckled as she pecked Yoo-mi's forehead.

"You wanna smoke for a bit?" Maggie asked.

"No thanks, it's too early." Yoo-mi answered as Maggie got up.

Maggie went to her nightstand to grab a rolled up blunt and a light when she heard a knock on the door. Maggie grew confused.

"Did you invite someone over?" Maggie asked Yoo-mi.

"No?" Yoo-mi replied in a confused tone.

Maggie grew curious as she walked to the door and looked through the spyhole. Her heart dropped at who was at the door.

"What the fuck?" Maggie exclaimed.

"What's wrong?" Yoo-mi asked as she got up from the bed.

"It's the cops." Maggie whispered out.

Yoo-mi's eyes grew wide.

"Okay, maybe they got the wrong address." Yoo-mi whispered out.

The cops knocked at the door again, but louder.

"OPEN UP! IT'S THE POLICE!" Officer 1 yelled.

Maggie realized that they weren't gonna go away, so she sighed in defeat as she opened the door.

"Is there a problem officers?" Maggie asked.

"Magnolia Jones?" Officer 2 asked.

"Yes?" Maggie asked.

Officer 1 didn't say anything and just slammed Maggie to the ground then pulled out the handcuffs.

"Yo! What the fuck! What did I do!?" Maggie yelled as she tried to break free.

"Stop resisting!" Officer 1 yelled as she handcuffed her hands behind her back.

"Hey! What did she do?" Yoo-mi asked.

"Ma'am, this doesn't concern you." Officer 2 dismissed.

"She's my girlfriend and you two just came up here and detained her, it is my concern!" Yoo-mi yelled.

"She's under arrested for assault of Giselle Puttana." Officer 1 replied as she lifted Maggie up and escorted her out the house.

Yoo-mi looked to see Giselle with the evilest smirk on her face. Standing right next to her was some overweight guy who looked like he could be a mob boss.

"You think you can get away with hurting my daughter, then you're sorely mistaken toots!" The fat man, who's Giselle's father, yelled at Maggie.

"Oh, I should've known yo ho ass was gonna do this weak ass shit!" Maggie yelled as Officer 1 shoved her into the back of the police car.

"Maggie!" Yoo-mi yelled as she ran up to the car, only to be ushered away by Officer 2.

"Yoo-mi don't worry, I'll be fine." Maggie assured her. "Wait until I get out, I'mma really fuck you up!" Maggie yelled as the cop car drove off.

Giselle looked at Yoo-mi, still having the evil smile on her face.

"So, you really gonna do this just because you've been caught in a lie!?" Yoo-mi yelled at her.

"My little butter dimple did no such thing." The father defended. "We'll see who's the real punk in court!" The father announced.

"Ah, shit." Yoo-mi thought as she ran back inside to text the others.
