After a long day of work, you just want a coffee to help you relax. However, what you don't expect is to find a person that was very important to you, but you haven't seen in years inside the cafe.

I've had a very long day, the only thing that could make it feel like it was worth it is a nice cup of coffee. I invited some of my coworkers, but they preferred to go drinking, so it's their loss. Maybe it's better to have some peace and quiet anyway. As soon as I enter the newest coffee shop in town, my nostrils get instantly hit by a strong and delicious smell of coffee. The place looks very aesthetic and seems to be pretty popular, based on the number of tables occupied.
I order a big latte, so I can enjoy it for a while and after a rather short wait, I receive my coffee. The girl attending seems to be very nice and maybe slightly flirty; must be a marketing strategy. I look for a comfortable booth to sit down, so I walk upstairs to have a little more privacy and silence. I don't plan on doing anything that requires my focus, but after a hectic day, I need some peace. I just want to enjoy my coffee, but the noise downstairs is most definitely not going to allow me. I notice an empty booth and decide to make my way there; however, as I am passing by, I notice a familiar man sitting in a booth by himself. Is it really him? I can't believe it. When I walk closer to him, I confirm his identity, surprising me completely since I haven't seen him in a long while.
- Jungkook?- Said man perks his head up from the book he was reading and looks at me surprised when he recognizes me, barely a few seconds after looking at me. He is just as in shock as me.
- Y/N? Wow, it's really you. What a coincidence. I haven't seen you in years.-
- Yeah, ever since... it's been a while.- I cut myself up before saying something stupid and make things uncomfortable as I remember that particular day. It's not a very clear memory, but I know for sure it wasn't a good day for us.- Well, how have you been?-
- I've been good. I'm a dance instructor at a company nearby.- I look at him surprised, but also very happy because I know he has always wanted to dance for a living.- How about you? Wait, would you like to sit down? So we can catch up.- I smile gratefully at his proposal and sit right in front of him.
