F noticed Blaze never talked about his past or his house. They found it a little odd. Blaze on the other hand was enjoying the little walk home. He was thinking about what F was gonna cook. Blaze was hungry, he was surprised that F agreed to have him over. He didn't have a house but he wanted to hang out with F a little more.
F opened the door to their house and motioned for Blaze to enter. He took off his shoes at the door and stood awkwardly in the center of the room.
"This is, actually pretty nice." Blaze admitted. He looked over at F and smiled. F went over to a cabinet and pulled out two cups of ramen. Blaze plopped himself on a chair next to the center table.
"Sorry for the cheap meal, its all I got right now." F spoke.
"No worries, I can't remember the last time I had that stuff. Two years ago maybe?" Blaze leaned back in thought. F was surprised, they had one almost every meal, if not, every day. They poured some boiling water into the cups, and sealed the lids.
"So this is kinda a treat for you, cool." F sat in the chair across from him. The two sat in an awkward silence for a bit
"Around what time should I leave?" Blaze asked. F shrugged.
"I'm not gonna hold you captive. So... anytime." F got up to check the ramen. They picked up a couple spoons and served it to their guest. Blaze happily dug in. The broth splashing all over the place. F laughed and smiled. Blaze looked up.
"Sorry, havn't, ugh. Sorry for making a mess." Blaze finally said. F smiled at him.
"It's fine, no need to worry." F reassured. They began eating theirs. Blaze smiled lightly as he ate, F smirked back.
Once the ramen was finished, F decided to play a game, board or video. It didn't matter. They ended up playing boggle. A few rounds of that later and their playing uno which ended in a drunk game of monopoly.
"Tell me Blaze, do you have a cabin?" F spoke up. They had a few glasses of alcohol in between games and losses. Blaze drunkenly hiccups in fear.
"Heh, heh... to-hic-totaly. Right next to a clifff." He spoke, careful not to spill too much. F pursued.
"M-must be a beautiful v-view then wouldn't it... say... I come with y-you tomorrow."
"Oh rea-lly, um..."
"Do you even have a house?" F spoke as they tilted to the side. Blaze sat up straighter, his gaze drifted to the game they had out. Blaze smiled up at them.
"See, I have a house!" He said enthusiastically, holding up a plastic piece from the game, Monopoly. They both burst out laughing. F almost fell over on their chair.
"No, hehe-hic. That's a game piece!" F's head fell over onto their shoulder. "You stay with me now!"
Once everything calmed down enough to keep playing, F rolled the dice. Blaze watched as it rolled freely. His eyes ran along one of the dice as it rolled through the painted forest on the board.
"Yes! A 6 and a 5!" F cheered as they moved their piece along the board, passing 'GO'. They greedily took the money Blaze handed them and giggled manicly. Blaze sunk in his chair smirking at his new found friend.

The next morning was rough. Blaze had never drunk alcohol before, thus never having a hangover, and was now learning why he never wanted to in the first place. He glanced over at F. Their hair covering their sleepy face as they rolled over and off the couch. Their body hit with a thump as they groaned in pain.
"Wha? What time is it???" They positioned themself onto the coffee table glancing at the clock, they squinted at the time. "Is that- 11 O'CLOCK! SHIT." F shot up, bad idea with a hang over, and tried to run to the kitchen. They pulled out the gallon of milk and started chugging it. Blaze looked over at them confused.
"Why are you- why drink milk?" The words fell out of his mouth, his head felt like it was melting.
"Oh, Blaze I didn't," they took another drink, "I didn't know you were still here." They finished off the half empty bottle and threw it aside. "Ugh, I hate hang overs!!!" They sat back down on the couch and huffed. F pulled over their hoodie that was lieing beside them and snuggled closer to the couch.
Blaze slowly got up, his tall frame was not helping his hangover. He lumbered over to the sink, and grabbed one of the glasses from the night before. He poured himself a glass of water and chugged it like F had moments before. The cold of the glass helped sooth is aching head. Once the glass was empty he glanced at it in wonder and did it again. F watched this smiling at the copy cat. They relaxed onto the couch and flicked on the tv. The news were on some strange phenomenon happening in the woods with increasing erosion on a cliff and nearby lake. Blaze pretended not to hear anything.
"People and their stupid giant conspiracies. If they were really here they wouldn't attack, they would leave humanity alone. Stupid anime weebs with their 'Attack on Titan' crap." F rambled on the couch. Blaze sat next to them trying to not pay attention.
" I-if they were here, I think they would be friendly, and not dangerous..." He added. F nodded in approval.
"They would leave us be, only taking what they need."
"A-agreed." Blaze Spoke. F smiled and went back to flicking through channels. Blaze hid more into his corner of the couch. F checked their phone.
"We don't have work today, right?"
"We shouldn't."
"Good, I couldn't work like this."
"F?"
"Yeah?"
"Would you mind if I stayed here for a while? Like live here?"
"As long as you shower and do the dishes, I don't mind." They sat up straighter.
"Thanks."
"You gotta pitch in for the rent too."
"Ok..." He agreed, hoping rent wasn't a bad thing. Or a binding contract. Why did he not like contracts again?
Blaze relaxed a bit and watched a TV show with F. This could work.
Over the day they didn't do much. Blaze got comfy on the couch and learned to use the tv while F ran errands and read a book. Blaze took notice of the book and reminded himself to ask about it later.
"Blaze, where did you use to live? Before you came here." F asked, looking up from their book. Blaze nodded their way.
"I don't really know, I woke up in the woods a month ago. Can't remember anything before that." He turned to them. "What about you?"
"I lived in Brittan for the first half of my life, and I wanted to explore. I picked here so I could settle down but still be near lots of stuff." F smiled at some memories that shot through their mind as the moment passed. "Do you remember anything of your past?"
"I don't remember anything but this one name, Typhon. I don't know who he is but I know he is important." F nodded in understanding.
The two talked for hours about this, often straying from different topics and such. F spoke of their life abroad and Blaze listened intently. They searched on Google and YouTube, ending up on a random orientation video by a scientific company.
Blaze slammed the laptop closed, angery for not finding a single thing about his past. He slumped back on the couch and glanced around. F had left a while ago to pick up some food while he searched, but now that he was fed up with the clicking of the keys, he had nothing to do. Finally his eyes landed on a book, the same book F was reading earlier.
He picked it up slowly, inspecting the cover and the pages before reading the back. His eyes glazed over the words, understanding most of it, but not all. He placed it down and reopened the laptop. He quickly decided what to do, he got the idea from the book, he quickly opened a document and typed, 'be in the forest, don't worry about me!' And with that, he was off.
