He was stronger than he looked. I shouldn't have opened the door. Once he was inside he brought all of his stuff inside, making sure that I can't close the door. I didn't know what to do so I crawled into bed under the covers. He came over and climbed into bed. I moved farther away from him. "Please get up and go I had a special night planned." he begged. "If tonight isn't special like you said then I get to come back here and not talk to you for as long as I want. Liz and I agreed to tell each other afterwards but we are best friends and we know without talking... that's how we work. You didn't even do that and you expect me to believe that you're falling in love with me? Tonight better be worth it Calum. Now get out so I can get ready, I'll be at your room at 5:30. "He finally left and I sank into my bed with a sigh of relief. I couldn't believe I was actually going out with him... I will just try to act disinterested so that way tonight isn't fun. I wore a dark skater dress with a lace waist with black pumps, red lipstick and a gold smokey eye. My hair was curled. At 5:15 I checked everything, grabbed my phone and saw a text from Calum.
Calum: Bring flip flops. :) See you soon beautiful.
I grabbed flip flops, reapplied lipstick, and my money, then slipped out of the room. I got Calums room right on time. I won't lie, he looked extremely sexy. We took the elevator which luckily had no one on it. We walked in the Lobby to the front door, with me thinking he was crazy. "What are you doing? People are gonna see us. You'll lose fans if they see me." I whispered. "Don't worry I'll take care of it." he whispered back. A few girls noticed him and asked for a picture. "I don't want to exclude this wonderful lady, I hope you don't mind if she is in it." They didn't seem to mind as Calum pulled me into it. I was confused when he did that. He hugged them and grabbed my hand leading me outside. It was was perfect outside. We got in a limousine, taking about 40 minutes to get there. We pulled up and the door opened. "Smile" , Calum whispered in my ear. There were so many cameras flashing as we walked into some cafe I couldn't pronounce. I did smile but it wasn't forced. I didn't think he would take a career risk for me. He got a table near the windows, not right in front but close. I had a feeling that this would be all over the tabloids tomorrow but I didn't care. At least I can go through life wishing I hadn't done instead of wishing I had done something. That's how my parents viewed life. Calum hadn't really asked me about my life and I liked it that way. We didn't order because he had already had something ordered for us. He pulled his phone out and asked if we could take a picture or two. "Sure", I said. We took quite a few. We took a duck face, puppy dog face, smiling, shocked, and the last one he kissed my cheek with me smiling. "That's my favorite", he said. A big pizza was brought out, half pineapple with ham, the other with just pepperoni. "Just like the first time we hung out, remember?" We ate most of the pizza and took a few slices with us. I went to the restroom, I made sure my teeth were clean and reapplied my lipstick. I came out and he was waiting. We left the way we came with more paparazzi than before. When we got back in the limousine there were clothes on the seat. I looked at them. A Coldplay t-shirt, jean shorts, and a green cardigan. "Put them on", he said. I changed, put on my flip flops, and we stopped a few minutes later. We got out not too far from the hotel. He also had changed from a nice formal shirt into the 1975 t-shirt and swim trunks along with flip flops too. "Can I ask you something?" he asked as we walked down the beach, waves crashing in the background, and hitting our feet. "You just did, but sure", I said laughing. "Where are your parents? Aren't they worried." he asked. "Well... they ummm...", I could feel myself tearing up. "...they actually died last year in a car house fire. They were sleeping. It was last spring break. I just like to get away during this time. I lived since I was 18. I had three jobs to afford a decent house I could spend my life in.", by then a few tears fell freely. He looked at me sympathetically, the way everyone else does. I kept going, "When they died I met this guy names James and I started to feel better, We dated for 8 months and argued frequently, then he left and got a new girlfriend not even a week later. I loved him but his love was just a lie. I love my parents but they're gone. It just seems like love always hurts me and that's why when you didn't tell your friend I freaked. James didn't tell any of his friends and I was scared. I guess I'm sorry. I met Liz about a month after James left. We became best friends and now we live together. I guess that's all you need to know about me so... Thank you for tonight it was truly amazing and I appreciate it. We walked inside and got in the elevator. He insisted on walking me to my room which wasn't too far from his. I got to my door. "Shit I left my key inside I'll just go get anot-" I was cut off by Calum. "No! I mean.. umm no its fine. Just come to my room tonight? Please I miss you." he finished with a look of desperation. "Okay I guess thats fine for tonight." I said.
