Worst Heartbreak, Best Dream

Chapter 4

I had started to fall asleep to his heavenly voice, when I felt his lightly kiss my cheek. I smiled and fell asleep on his chest to the beat of his heart, his breathing, just taking in all the Calum I could. I woke up around 9:30ish when my phone was going off. I quickly answered so I wouldn’t wake Calum up and met Liz at our room, forgetting I was in Calum’s clothing. “Nice clothes Calum” Luke said winking at me. “Luke nothing happened I just wore these as pajamas.” I told him. “I know I just like messing, plus Calum wouldn’t do that. Not on the first night anyways… I think he likes you but don’t tell him I told you that.” He said seriously. Ashton and Luke came to help he said Michael was sleeping in because he was going out tonight. The boys told the guards that we were friends, needed room keys, and that we were allowed to come and go as we pleased. I thanked them, told them I was going to wake up Cal, and hugged them goodbye. As I was leaving they put their numbers in my phone and I walked back to the room. Their contacts were:

I told them we could hang later if they were free. I told Ashton to treat Liz like a real woman. “I always do” he responded. I opened the door with my own room key and slid all my stuff in as quietly as possible. I tiptoed to the bed and climbed in it softly until I got directly over him and lay down. He grunted, which made me giggle, but I liked it. “Good morning sunshine” I whispered in his each. Half-awake I saw his best effort to laugh. It was overly adorable. I rolled next to him thinking about what we could do today. “No, no, no too many people, ugh no.” I mumbled to myself. Honestly I was still tired. Liz turned the keys into the front desk and checked out. I gave her the money to pay. We had a lot of extra cash considering we won’t have to pay for the rest of the week which opened up so many new possibilities. Liz and I only had a limited amount of clothing so we would probably let the boys hang out for a little bit while we went on a shopping spree. I went back to sleep facing away from Calum. He rolled over and started spooning me, but awkwardness was the only thing I felt. I mean literally felt through his shorts. I eventually took my mind off of it and thought about the warmth of his body, his heavenly voice, and the way his body felt right next to mine. It felt nice to have someone there, my last relationship was terrible. He was a complete jerk, dumped me, acted like he cared and wanted me back, then he got a girlfriend, pushed me away again, even though he promised he wouldn’t do that again.

I was so heartbroken. I didn’t want to be in a relationship ever again, but now I’m rethinking it. The chances I could ever get Calum or date him are very slim. He probably just thinks of me as a really close friend staying with him, that he kissed once and won’t ever do again. I woke up around 12:00pm to Calum kissing my neck and cheek. “Oh so now you’re finally up?” I mumble. I got up out of bed and walked to the bathroom. I needed a shower so I stripped down and got in. When I was finished I went to go get clothes out of the room. I covered my eyes as fast as I could, “Oh my god Calum I think you’re naked… why didn’t you warn me?” I tried to find my way to the suitcase without seeing him. He was naked! I found my way there and started digging through my suitcase making sure my towel didn’t fall off. He finished getting dressed and so did I. I went and got my makeup applying it. Calum had on a Nirvana muscle shirt, black shorts, and his grey vans. He looked adorable. We were gonna head out again today. He put his number in my phone also.

I put mine is his phone as Em with the emoji that has heart eyes. I liked him, I really did and not because he was famous. I wouldn’t even think about that 99.9% of the time anyways. I walked out the door and met Liz by the Starbucks in the hotel and we were getting ready to leave.
