The next night Corin stood in the police department after Liam got a call from Scott.
She hated following Liam like a lost puppy but was afraid that her dad could be watching her and knowing that was enough to make her fill with harsh anxiety that made her want to pull her hair out.
She looked around as she felt something inside her telling her that something bad was going to happen.
Corin looked out of the window when she heard cars.
She continued to look out of the window until she saw an army of people.
They all got out there cars and held a type of gun.
She felt her throat close as she looked at them.
Corin knew this would become a blood bath.
It was inevitable but that didn't make her numb as fear filled her.Minutes passed as the entire station went into action as she stayed in a corner hoping that this was all a dream.
"Get away from the windows.
Put those guns away" said the sheriff.
"I'm guessing you know who's out there," said Parrish.
"I got a pretty good idea," said the sheriff.
"They'll be armed to the teeth" said Parrish.
"That's why I won't be," said the sheriff.
"I'm going with you," said Parrish.
"No, you're gonna get some deputies, check the exits and hope we're not completely surrounded and keep an eye out.
Let's make sure we're all on the same side here" said the sheriff.
Corin slid down the wall and let everything play out.
She didn't need to get involved.
Suddenly Malia turned around from the window with fear in her eyes.
Corin looked at her and recognised the fear as she had felt almost every kind.
"We have to get out of here," said Malia.
"Give him a chance.
He knows what he's doing" said Scott.
"I am giving him a chance.
He can talk all he wants but we have to get the hell out of here" said Malia.
"How do we get Jiang and Tierney out?" Liam asked causing Corin to relax a little from the sound of his voice.
"Screw them it's stilinskis job," said Malia.
"But it's our job to keep them alive," said Scott.
Suddenly a man Corin didn't recognise walked into the room.
He had wavy brown hair, a structured face and stunning blue eyes and he was wearing a white t-shirt, a faded red hoodie, a nice black coat and blue jeans.
She looked into his eyes and melted.
She was light in their darkness as she felt her heart beat a little faster from one look at him.
"Not mine," he said.
His voice was soothing but had grit to it that suggested that he wasn't considered a 'good guy'.
"Do you want me to kill him?" Liam asked.
"No," Corin said softly causing Liam to look at her with soft eyes.
"Just leave him.
Can we please just go?" Malia said.
"We're not going anywhere.
Don't you get it?
We're trapped.
They have all of the windows and doors covered.
We're going to die in here" said a woman that Corin could tell didn't want to be here.
"Does someone want to kill her?" said the man that Corin had growing feelings for.
"SSShut up!" roared Malia causing Corin to flinch.
Corin didn't belong here and she knew that but there was no getting out.
She had to build a slight tolerance for it all.
