Five

The day after everything happened Corin stayed in Liam's house.
She didn't go to school because she knew something would happen and she didn't find a true reason to put up with it.
It was early as Corin sat next to Mason as he drove to the zoo.
Suddenly Liam called.
'Did it work?' Liam asked.
"Yep,
Nolan's right behind us.
Like, literally right behind me.
He's driving a bright red car.
He's actually terrible at this" said Mason.
"He doesn't need to be good at this.
We need to worry about the people following him" said Corin softly.
"Okay, just be careful and if anything happens to Corin I'll punch you," said Liam.
"Okay," said Mason.
Mason then hung up.
"It's going to be alright," said Mason.
"It might not be and that's what's scaring me," she said.
They got to the zoo to see Theo and Liam in Theo's truck.
They got out as Mason stopped the car.
Liam walked up to Mason's side.
"Hey.
How close is he?" said Liam.
"He's back down the road.
Don't look" said Mason.
"Should I come with you guys?" Mason asked.
Theo walked up to the window "His friends shoot to kill.
Go home" said Theo before he walked away.
Corin got out of the car and looked around.
She didn't want to come with but Scott wanted her to.
If anything happened she would have to make the hunters think that she was on their side and she also couldn't leave Theo and Liam.
She didn't want to leave and then find out that there dead.
"Corin you should go too," said Liam.
"I can't leave you both.
I need to know that you both come back" she said.
"Can you handle it?" Theo asked.
"I don't know but I have my ways to help," she said.
"Ok, just stay close to us," said Theo.
"I have no reason to risk my life," she said.

Time passed as Corin sat behind Theo and Liam as they both listened to Nolan.
Corin drew shapes on her hand as she leaned her head back onto the stone wall all three of them were leaning against.
"It's just Nolan and two other guys.
This isn't going to work" said Liam.
"Where's the backup?
I mean, shouldn't there be like 20 of them?" Theo asked.
"I don't think they'll call for backup until they know everyone is here," she said softly.
"I think Corin's right.
They only saw us and they're not gonna believe Nolan" said Liam.
"Okay," said Theo softly in a voice that made Corin melt.
"Then they have to believe us.
ISN'T THAT RIGHT?" said Theo said before raising his voice causing Corin to flinch slightly.
"Why are you yelling?" Corin asked.
"Yeah why are you yelling?" Liam asked.
"YOU GOT A PROBLEM?
OH THAT'S RIGHT, YOU ALWAYS HAVE A PROBLEM!" Theo shouted.
"What the hell are you doing?" Liam asked.
"SHUT UP!" yelled Theo before he punched Liam.
Corin flinched before standing up.
"YEAH, YOU SEE THAT SCOTT?
LITTLE BETA CAN'T EVEN TAKE A PUNCH!
AND WHAT DO YOU THINK MALIA?
WHAT, YOU THINK HE CAN TAKE ME?" Theo shouted.
"Okay, I get it.
But did you actually have to punch me?" Liam asked.
Theo hit Liam again.
"What is happening?
How did we get to this?" Corin asked as she looked at them with confusion written on her face.
How did she end up in this situation?
