Chapter 15: Battle for a friend

Eli's POV

I feel my eyes flutter open and feel a hard pain in my head for a few seconds when the pain eases off I look around and see that I'm in some sort of storage room I look and I was covered up with a familiar Red and Orange Coat these are Spectra and Gus' coats, I guess this storage room is where they're staying for the time being...even if they're my enemies...why do I also feel...sorry for them, I know it sounds crazy, but if I think about it, I was also in the same position as them when I first arrived to New Vestroia then see a closed up Bakugan next to me... is Elfin I pick her up and check if she's okay

"Elfin?...are you okay? Say something, anything, please" I plead whispering to her

"5 more minutes" She replies sounding sleepy. I sigh with relief as I get up with sleepy aquos beauty in my hands but I don't want

"good morning to you, too I guess" I slowly walk off and I begin to feel odd like nauseous but not feeling like I'm going to vomit

maybe this whole link with the perfect core like what Sirenoid told me something's off with Drago, I don't know what it is but I have to find Drago and get out of here as I was about to leave

"so you're awake" I freeze as I hear a familiar voice behind me I slowly turn back and I see Spectra, but... without his mask, his face up close seems surprisingly enchanted but I shake the thought and look away

"w-what do you want from me?" I cursed at myself for stuttering

I heard a smirk and I hear steps I look back and see Spectra walking towards me making me walk backward and making my back bump into a wall. Spectra has me cornered "you look so cute when you're nervous...so innocent, but..." He takes a few steps back while I sigh with relief "I'm not going to do anything against your will, I may be bad but I'm not as bad as you think"

I then say "if you are what you think you are, quit the nonsense that you're doing and fight for what's right, New Vestroia is not a home for either Humans or Vestals, I know you know that"

Spectra looks away and admits "I can't...I have a purpose to do"

"What is that purpose?" I ask him

He then takes his coat and puts it on "I'm sorry, but can't know..." he then grabs his mask "I'm going to find your friend Dan and have another brawl"

'Another Brawl but Spectra has Drago...unless...' I wonder as I feel a familiar pure Pyrus energy flowing in my heart while smiling, 'Pyrus Apollonir' I think before saying to Spectra "I guess I'll come with you since I believe you know where Dan is going to be waiting for you at" I say which Spectra nods before putting on his mask before he could leave me "Mira missed you like crazy you know... and Just to let you know..." He just stood there silent before leaving me alone

I hear Elfin's voice saying "morning, I've never felt good after a few minutes of sleep"

'I thought I was talking to Spectra like for a day.' I say in my head "Elfin good to have you-" when I see Elfin pop up from her sphere form... she looks different "back?"
