I think today is the day. I have been with Meredith for seven months, does time fly or what. I do think today is the day I tell her that I love her and I have loved her forever but if I told her too early I was scared that she would leave me so today I will tell her today everything changes.
"You're all jittery Der" she giggles softly as she pulls me in for a soft kiss.
"I missed you I'm excited" I grin.
"It was only two weeks baby" she smiles shutting the door.
"You didn't miss me?" I pout.
"No I did miss you I missed you every second of every day" she says hugging me tightly making me grin brightly.
"Good I missed you more though" I say.
"No you didn't" she argues.
"You were in Hawaii for two weeks!" I exclaim.
"We were so far away apart" she groans.
"You were probably on the beach sipping on pinã coladas" I say.
"I was and martinis and a lot of other stuff" she laughs.
"We're you wearing a bikini and sun bathing?" I ask.
"I uh-" she mumbles.
"You were! and I missed it all" I say dramatically.
"I mean I could put it on and show you how tan I got" she smirks.
"Please do" I beg grabbing her hand and pulling her back to me as she tries to walk away.
"Do you actually want the bikini on?" she asks putting her hand on my chest.
"Hmm" I pretend to think about it.
"I know you do come on" she smiles bring me up to her room with a sly grin.
"Maybe I wanted the bikini" I say.
"Maybe, but I know you want to see me naked" she says.
"You know me so well" I chuckle.
"Yes I do" she says bringing me into her room.
"Okay let's test you a little" I say as she sits me down on her bed and sits on my lap.
"When does school end for me?" I ask.
"June third" she says.
"my favorite teacher?" I ask.
"Your cooking teacher Mr. Johnson" she says.
"Something I like to do?"
"Me" she says.
"Clever" I say.
"In all seriousness you like to take pictures" she says laying her head on my shoulder.
"What are my feelings towards you?" I ask.
"You like me very much and always want to be around me" she says.
"Kind of" I say.
"What do you mean?" she frowns.
"I don't like you very very much" I sigh.
"Derek, what?" she says lifting her head up.
"Meredith, I-"
"You're breaking up with me?" she asks freaked out getting off of me.
"No what no" I frown standing up.
"Then what Derek?" she asks backing up from me.
"I love you Meredith that's all I wanted to tell you, I love you so so much" I say and she stops moving.
I take her in my arms and look into her eyes. "You love me" she whispers.
"I have always loved you" I say.
"I love you too" she laughs as some tears roll down her cheeks.
"I thinks it's the perfect time to see your tan" I say.
"I think so too" she giggles.
"Hm yes" I grin.
"I have to tell you something" she says taking off her shirt.
"What is it?" I ask.
"We stayed in a pretty private place so I didn't have to wear a bikini, so when Kathleen and her fiancée were out, I had the place to myself, if you know what I mean" she smirks taking off her bra, and what do you know no tan lines all tan.
"Fuck Mer" I groan as she takes off her pants now then her panties right after.
"Now I heard that I was one of the things you liked to do" she bit her lip.
"Well then you heard right" I smirk pulling her onto the bed and kissing her hungrily.
