Smut rating=how smutty. So 1 is not smutty at all, 10 is very smutty. The rating doesn't say anything about the quality of the book, only amount and level of smut.
Overall rating=how good the book is overall, so 1 is not good. 10 is very good.
For more info on each of the recommendations, check the chapter with the title of the story.
