05-13 had called a meeting with the Wandsman. This is so the Brighto Foundation can do something the Wandsman wanted to do with their predessesor which was forming an alliance with them. The Wandsman entered the meeting with Dr.Bright explaining the reason they are here. The negotiations ended with the Wandsman training an MTF force and the Foundation will have the [Redacted] help the Wandsman with their own goals.
