When the Foundation disbanded the GOC rushed to execute as many scps with them killing a few of them while giving 49 a life threatening injury. The Red Right Hand who are following their orders from the 05 before their disbandment guarded the sites causing a current war known as the GOC-Red war that caused massive losses for the GOC with the Red Right Hand losing a few thanks to the experiense of the Red Right Hand in all kinds of warfare combined with the man wave tactics on the Red Right Hand. The Brighto Foundation is hated by the GOC but with their resources quickly grew to be the biggest threat to the GOC especially since the UN has began to see less use of the GOC so they have had to keep their budget from corrupt sources.
