05-13 had been deciding attempts to stop SCP 2317 from escaping its shackles. So 05-13 with the approval of the rest of the [Redacted] she had decided to talk to the Gate Guardian to hopefully get an answer. She had discussed the situation with the tall being via [Redacted] with the Gate Guardian volunteering to transfer some of their energy to allow a creation of an enhancing machine that can be used for both people and chains. 05-13 agreed to this especially after the Gate Guardian promised to aid the Brighto Foundation in research of the Gate they guard without entering the Gate. After agreeing with some initial demands added onto the deal the chains quickly were applied to SCP 2317 by the ones who know the truth.
