05-13 met with Dr.Wondertainment in Wonder World and both talked about the Factory in which Dr.Wondertainment explained his hatred for the Factory. So 05-13 proposed a deal in which after additional demands from both sides the deal was established.

2. Brighto Foundation protects Wonder World
3. Brighto Foundation returns Wonder products they studied
4. Wondertainment allows research of toys
5. Both sides aid each other in killing the Factory
