This force was made due to the rising attacks by the reactivated CSK. (CSK= Children of the Scarlet King) So they work with the [Redacted] a lot especially. They are trained to handle tons of strength via arm wrestling with 096 with no healing with them focused on melee fighting. (And yes Dr.Bright did name them.)
