𝑂𝑐𝑒𝑎𝑛𝑠 𝐷𝑒𝑒𝑝 •|𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗰𝘆 𝗝𝗮𝗰𝗸𝘀𝗼𝗻|•

•'°The Good part.°'•

As we sat at the fountain , I lifted the lid of my satchel pulling out Perc's blue nacho's and Grov's tin can that I'd wrapped in watercress to inhance the flavour, he loves that stuff. I was about to hand them the snacks when Nancy decided to grace us with her pack of Annabell reincarnation dolls. I'd assumed stealing from the tourists had borded her out. I smirked evily.

I could give her some entertainment, but I hardly believe she'll like it.

She dumped her half eat lunch in Grov's lap.

My anger flared. ''Oops.'' she grinned at Percy with her crooked teeth.  Disgusting. I covered my face and took deep breaths trying to control my rage, if I don't my hair would lose my cool and that would blow our cover completely. But you know what I find weird, the fact that Percy and I have a mind link and he doesn't find that the least bit strange. A shiver ran down my spine as a wave roared in my ears and just like that Nancy was sprawled pathetically in the fountain.

I did a double take in shock, welp. I side eyed Grover who was already looking at me in shock. ''Not me.'' I mouth to him. He looked at Percy shocked.

Before either of us could do anything ,Nancy screamed,''Percy pushed me!''

That evil looking teacher materialized next us. And ofcourse I scowled.

''~Did you see that~''

''~The water?~''

''~Like it grabbed her~''

Lord help us , I sighed internally. As much as I had planned to violate Nancy's face Ares style I couldn't , if I wanted to it would only cause a scene, can't jeopardise the mission.

I watched camly as Dodds turned to Percy , there was this triumphant look in her eyes that instanly brought me to my feet and infront of Percy, my glare boring into hers.'' Move Y/n , this is between, the boy and I. You know better than to interrupt.''

I huffed , fucking Fury.

I looked over my shoulder at Percy who's eyes instantly meet mine. His holding acceptance and anger. Mine holding rage and uncertainty. "Fine, whatever.'' I spat moving to the side.

''Now,honey~'' she began.

''I know.'' Percy grumbled.''A month erasing workbooks.''

Suddenly, I felt something I'd never felt before , like a feeling of ambivalence. The first feeling was dread and the second was..sadness. Poor Percy didn't know what was about to happen to him , he thought he was just going to recieve detention, truth is he was probably about to die. Grover and I both paled, and I had a feeling I knew what he was thinking.

Why sixth grade? why now?

I looked around for Chiron ,my eyes locking with his. I needed to know wether it was smart to intervene and help Percy defeat her or leave it to him. He shook his head. Stay out of it.

I frowned. Chiron knew that would be hard for me , but I trusted him and he knew that. So I sat still and began anxiously muching on my blue Sour Power.

''Come with me.'' Mrs. Dodds said.

''Wait!'' Grover yelled. Another shiver took my body. Maybe it is fear?

''It was me. I pushed her.'' I wish I'd pushed her. I wanted to jump in and play along, but this had to be done, Percy had to kill her , he had to come to a realization . He....he..

He doesn't have a weapon.

I paled and looked up at Chiron my fear spiking. He gave me the nod that I needed , the one I was waiting for.

Follow them ,it said.

Fury glared at Grover so hard it made his chin tremble.''I don't think so ,Mr. Underwood,''she said. I glared at the side of her head my protective streak beginning to surface and now that I've gotten Chiron's permission I can finally deal with this bitch.

''But~''

''You--will--stay--here.'' And I could tell it was all she could do to hold back her .. well... her fury.

Grover looked at Percy desperately. He turned to me with his brows raised and I nodded , he sighed in relief , turning back to Percy.

''It's okay, man,'' Percy told Grover.''Thanks for everything.''

I rolled my eyes, oh the irony. If my father were here he would laugh in Percy's face and pity me.

''Honey,''Mrs. Dodds barked at Percy,''Now.''

And if I didn't know what she was ,I would have mistaken her for a pomernian.

Nancy smirked and I bared me teeth at her, her smug veneer dropped immediately , my glare promised death. Percy did one better though , he did one of my favourites of his , his famous delux I'll~kill~you~later stare, never gets old. I smirked at him and he smirked back.

I was waiting for him to realise that Mrs. Dodd's had inhuman speed ,but I guess I was right earleir when I said Pery's braincells were fake. He had this look of confusion on his face that was both cute and unbearable at the same time, given the circumstances, when he turned around to see that Fury was already standing at the entrance to the museum, gesturing impatiently at him to hurry up.

He got up to leave, but not before taking one last look at me. I knew what he was expecting. And ,yes, it would happen.

I would coming to his rescue.
