𝐂𝐎𝐁𝐘 𝐇𝐀𝐃 𝐇𝐄𝐑 𝐀𝐑𝐌 𝐖𝐑𝐀𝐏𝐏𝐄𝐃 𝐀𝐑𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐃 sarah's waist, the cameron girl being sound asleep. the two girls were laying on a bed that was in a small room on the ship. turns out they were on a cargo ship and it was huge. the captain had given them a room, john b giving the bed to the girls while he slept on a cot on the floor. coby had been awake for a few minutes, letting her thoughts wander.
"cupcake." she whispered, not wanting her voice to travel over to john b. sarah only hummed in response, still half asleep. "do you wanna get married?" coby asked, a small smile on her lips.
"no." sarah mumbled, her eyes still closed as a smile pulled at her own lips. that made coby's smile drop.
"no?" the sawyer girl repeated.
"no." sarah confirmed.
"well, why not?" coby questioned, her eyebrows furrowed as looked at the back of sarah's head.
"you don't have any prospects." sarah answered.
"you don't have any prospects either." coby shot back.
"ouch."
"well, anymore."
"so, it's not about the money?" sarah asked, opening her eyes.
