After a series of congratulations as I interact with the guests and acquaintances I finally sit down scanning the room for Liam because he had left to go outside for an important call.
"So.. what are you gonna name my niece?"my sister asked as I take a sip my glass of water.
"I don't know yet and why do you think it's a girl?" I asked her
"Because Liam told me it is" he answered back.
"Ohh" was all I could say.
"Mally you're going after my speech" I hear my grandfather's voice as he takes a seat beside Lia.
"How long from now?" I asked as I searched through my purse for my flash drive, preparing myself to present.
"I will be on in about" he looks at his thirteen carat gold Rolex "5 minutes" he resumes sipping his red wine that was in his hand.
"Grampa remember to be funny not boring ok" I hear my sister warn him.

After their little chit chat my mind spaces out wonder where is Liam. It's like I can't function well without it.
