George tiredly dragged himself down the stairs, walking through the hallway and towards his room... he felt exhausted- aching everywhere.
"Ow." He mumbled.
"My body.."

Who knew being eaten again drains so much out of you.. he definitely knew.

George just made his way to his room- he's so used to slithering- it just makes his legs hurt.. but he has to get used to it.

.: Dream POV :.

Dream had a worried look, watching George walk away made him genuinely... sad.
"Oh.. George-" he knew he was upset... he wanted to help George.
"Hopefully he will talk to me.."

But what Dream wanted George to know...was he wasn't mad- not at George at least.. he was far from being mad at George.. he was furious at Sam no doubt but he was concerned for George.

Dream knew George didn't mean too and it was an accident on his part... sure he's gotten mad at a few mistakes George has made in the past.. And rightfully so- but this.. this wasn't one of them.

He carefully made his way towards George's room, having a soft look... he will just lay and comfort George...

Dream peaked his head in, seeing George laying on the bed with his back turned to him.
"George...?.." he spoke softly, tilting his head.
"You mind if I sit here..? Y'know.. with you..?"

He frowned as he heard only a light hum from George- seeing a small nod.

"Darling.. are you okay..?"  Dream carefully made his way over, sitting at the side of the bed.
"Are you hurt at all..?" He patted George's side.

George just sniffled, lightly nodding.
"I'm okay.." he whimpered.
"I'm not hurt."

Dreams gaze softened, resting his tail on George's side... maybe that will help comfort him.
"Well im here.." he flicked his tail.
"I'll stay with you."

George stared at dreams tail before carefully hugging it- nuzzling it softly.
"Pfft-" he giggled softly.
"Soft."

Dream smiled, wiggling the tip of his tail in George's face- trying to make him feel better.

George soon smiled, laughing softly.
"Stop that-" he soon stopped sniffling and laughed faintly.
"It tickles."

"Once you tell me why your not using your beautiful tail." Dream missed seeing George's tail- even if he was once afraid of it.. he's gotten used to enjoying it.
"You are upset and I want to help."

"I just feel bad." George hugged dreams tail.. might as well just say it.
"I always get in bad situations.. i make you or someone one very worried.-" he frowned.

"It wasn't your fault this time." Dream kicked off his shoes before laying down next to george.
"Just- relax.. and besides- you told me right away" he leaned next to george,

"Easy for you to say- you don't get eaten every moment of your damn life."  George curled next to dream, huffing faintly as he frowned.
"I do.." he huffed- yet it's his fault 90% of the time.

Dream frowned- he was apart of that.
"I'm sorry.." he ruffled the top of George's head.
"I'll stop- and I'll make sure no one tries anything bad.. if that's what you want I'll make it happen,"

"It's okay dream- I don't mind if it's you because I trust you, I've know you for years and you've proved to me I can trust you." George knew it was a weird topic to talk about.
"I know you'd never intentionally hurt me and I've known you for so long and you've saved me countless times...- but when It comes to anyone else it honestly scares me a lot." He hugged Dream semi tightly.
