Chapter 20: Soldier's Sorrow.

''... Well this sucks, i cant make heads or tails from this trail'' Y/n sighed, He thought he could still be able to find some tracks, but without a starting point for him thats gonna be hard.

One of those Reunionites thought it would be wise to blow up the last bit of info they currently had... Y/n damned himself once more for becoming that rusty with his training...

Then again he never had to use it that much back there anyways. Hell if Echo saw how rusty he had become, she would probably scold him.

Good times.... Y/n thought somberly.. As he subconsiously gripped his karambit with his right arm, annoyed with the fact that he cant find any leads.

Untill.. he had an idea, As his body began to emit a minor glow.

''It's about time you showed up, Hosiguma.'' Ch'en said to a woman with long green hair, a singular horn on her forehead, and on her back she had a triangle shaped shield.

''Apolagies. We were delayed for a long time.'' Hoshiguma responded. ''Any Injuries?'', ''No, However we were shocked by how strong that infected was.'' Hoshiguma responded.

''The Special Ops Division had already committed a lot of members to reinforcing Lungmen's defense. I had to take the rest of the available members with me.'' Hoshiguma stated.

''... Was your entire squad held up by a single enemy?'' Ch'en asked again, in disbelief. ''I didn't believe it either untill i saw with my own eyes. That person... Truly was that strong. On top of that, she seemed a bit... absent-minded?'' Hoshiguma pondered

''Anyway, about these people standing next to you... Are they Rhodes Island?''

''Madam Ch'en, is she...?'' Amiya questioned, ''Hoshiguma, an elite from the Special Operations Division.'' Ch'en answered. ''So you're the Rhodes Island that i've been hearing so much about?'' Hoshiguma questioned before adding ''Hmm, such a young kid. Are you also with Rhodes Island?''

*BOOM*

''God Fucking Damnit!'' Y/n shouted, As he walked outside of the blast zone. ''The Fuck did you do?!'' Ch'en questioned angry, ''Just tried something new, Why do you care?'' Y/n asked in honesty, he was the one that just got blown up. 

''You are literaly blowing up our only lead, what do you mean 'why do you care'!'' Ch'en spat, ''Sure, if im the one who makes a mess its not good, but when you do something that can destroy the area its allright?'' Y/n said pointing at her. 

''Just give me a few fucking minutes, For gods sake!'' Y/n complained before he walked back to the 'lead'

Ch'en put her hand to her forehead ''.... I'm seriously this close to hitting that idiot'' She complained, ''*Cough* Anyways, any ideas about what we do now?'' Hoshiguma answered, trying to steer the conversation back to the original story. ''And more over is he with them?''

''Right now, we are waiting for that guy to find us our lead to the enemy's location, till then we are sitting ducks. And that guy is Rhodes Islands 'Docter' apperantly.'' Ch'en answered. 

Amiya stepped forward ''Madam Ch'en we dont have to wait that long, I just got confirmation from two of our special agents, they have located the kidnappers location, They're tracking Reunion as we speak, and can provide us with directions.'' 

''Huh, i can see how they earned your praise Ch'en, these people take their job seriously'' Hoshiguma said, before another explosion went off. 

As they moved towards the blast zone, they saw Y/n there covered in ash and dust that was flying around. ''*Cough* How hard can it be to search for someone, Idiot.'' Ch'en yelled to Y/n. He turned around ''Oi, You wanna give it a shot, o wait you cant, One of their soldiers blew up my starting point so finding it like that aint an option for me anymore *Cough*'' He said as he dusted himself off.
