I woke up in the morning out of little space and climbed out of the crib. I snuck out of the nursery and master bedroom going across the hall to my big girl room. I showered and got dressed in sunbleached jeans and a dark purple sweater with a cat face on it with my hair down. I headed downstairs to our private kitchen deciding to cook breakfast for everyone. I got the eggs out of the fridge and the shredded cheese setting them on the counter while I found a frying pan. I put bread in the toaster before cracking the eggs one by one into a bowl then dumping them into the frying pan until I had seven eggs in the pan. I then put lots of cheese in the pan before turning it on while looking for a spatula. I switched out the toast that was slightly black for the next round before stirring my cheesy egg mixture. The second round of toast popped drawing my attention so I pulled it out onto the counter before stirring the egg mixture again. I pulled plates out from the dishwasher putting a piece of toast on each. I went back to the stove turning off the now burnt cheesy eggs adding a bit to each plate. I frowned seeing how little was there knowing that the guys ate more than that. I looked in the fridge for something else I could add to the plates. I pulled out the bite size tomatoes and spinach knowing Papi eats them with eggs. I put a few of each on their plates to make them full but skipped adding the vegetables to mine. Carefully carrying the plates to the dining table one at a time before I went back upstairs waking up my fiancés.
"I made breakfast!" I exclaimed exuberantly while bouncing in place next to the bed. "I didn't even get burned!" I continued in excitement. "Come on!" I yelled before leaving the bedroom running down to the dining room. It was then I realized that I didn't put drinks out. I went to the kitchen grabbing the clean glasses from the dishwasher and making a stack of them. I grabbed the orange juice from the fridge in one hand and the stack of cups in the other. I didn't make more than three steps before the cups fell to the floor shattering. I heard hurried footsteps approaching me before Andrew entered the kitchen. "Little one stay where you are don't move. Gabriel and I will clean up the glass." Andrew said as Gabriel appeared next to him with the vacuum, broom, and dustpan. The pair immediately set to work and the glass was gone in minutes. "Okay little kitten you can move now. Why don't you take the orange juice to the dining table? Andy will bring the glasses while I clean the floor once more." Gabriel directed.
I silently listened to him taking the juice to the dining room Andrew following close behind me with the glasses. "Little one did you do this by yourself?" Andrew asked seeing breakfast. I set the orange juice on the table silently nodding my head yes at his question. "Thank you little one it looks wonderful! Little one next time you want to cook can I help you? I love sharing the kitchen with you." Andrew asked. I nodded my head yes once more receiving a kiss to my hair before I was placed in the highchair. Breakfast was horrible but the six of them ate it with a smile telling me how I did such a good job. I was still scolded for using the stove and running in the house but that was it. They each told me what they were doing today which involved Darius taking me to the doctor's office before I was free to do what I want.
I texted Theodore telling him that I wanted him, Javier, and Sergio to go with me today. I loaded my backpack up with what I needed for the day before going to wait for Darius. Darius drove me to the appointment that wasn't very productive with me giving minimal answers until the appointment ended and we parted ways as he left for work. I left with the guards in their vehicle to the jeweler's shop. Upon entering the shop I was ignored again as they talked to the men with me. "Miss Chase is here to see Mr. Douglas." Theodore stated with a mild look of irritation on his face. "My apologies miss. Let me show you to his office." The sales lady said before leading us to the back. Mr. Douglas was more than happy to show me the crowns I order. He was even more ecstatic when I was pleased with the intricate work. He packaged each crown in its own box. "Is there anything else I can help you with today Miss Chase?" He asked on the way to the front of the store. "Not today," was my short reply before paying.
