The prologue here is the starting of episode 13 until the scene where Vegas asks Pete to stay with him and not leave him. The actual story will start from the next chapter. The prologue will be entirely written in italics.

Pete: "Hm."
Vegas: "At first, I thought I was a freak. Until now."
Pete: "You just have to accept and be true to who you are."
Vegas: "Like you?"
Pete: "I just live in the present. What I'm feeling, that's all I think about."
Vegas: "How can you live in this filthy world?"
Pete: "Why? Are you saying that I am a good guy?"
Vegas: "No you're a fool."

(Vegas cooks food for Pete but gets noticed by his dad as he is leaving. Gun shouts at Vegas and slaps him. The plate falls to the ground and the food is spilt. Vegas goes ahead and makes noodles for Pete and heads to see him.)
