"Von, put me down I can walk now." I said. He was obviously exhausted, but we couldn't just stop walking considering Raphael was somewhere behind us in this maze of a cellar.
"No, I'm fine." Von said, his voice deep and raspy.
"Well, then I guess I'll hate to fall from your arms, because you're obviously tired." I said, and started trying pry his arms off me.
"That's not going to work, angel." Von said.
"Oh fuck off." I said, making him laugh.
"Sure, if it's with you." Von said, and I could just feel him smirking.
"Ew. No. Just. NOPE." I said, cringing at the thought of anything involving that subject.
"Hey, I'm not that bad." Von said, "Plus, we are going to have to later considering we're companions."
"No need to bring that up." I said, crossing my arms.
"Yuh huh, I'm sure you'd rather get stuck with Raphael." Von said.
"God, can you be anymore annoying?" I asked.
"Well, I've never called god before but there's a first for everything." Von said, making me laugh. After a few moments of trying to get out of his embrace, I gave up, knowing Von wouldn't.
"Are we there yet?" I asked, knowing fully well that we were still wrapped in darkness.
"No." Von said with a blank expression.
"Mmmmmm... How about now?" I asked.
"Nope." Von said, popping the 'p'.
"... N-"
"Are going to keep asking this just because you're bored?" Von asked, and I shrugged.
"Maybe, and maybe not." I teased.
"...I know how to make you not bored." Von smirked down at me.
"Oh? How?" I asked innocently.
"Well well, if it ain't the guy and girl that made me go against my own rules." I heard a demonic voice say, and Von cursed under his breath.
"What business do you have with us Raphael? I told you to stay away from her." Von growled, putting me down and letting my feet touch the ground.
"Actually, it's your father that has business with you..." Raphael vanished into thin air and I felt Von wrap his arms around my waist as if to protect me.
"Well, then why are you here?!" Von said through gritted teeth, and the Raphael popped up behind us.
"Well, I'm sure you've told Phoenix the deal with fallen angels and such by now, and your father promised me that I would become an angel again." Raphael explained, and then looked at me. "I need her, to do that." Right then, Von tightened his hold on my waist, and started pulling me away from Raphael.
"You'll never have a chance with her. Not while I'm around." Von's eyes were going crimson, and he was holding me as if I would die if he let go.
"Well, I guess we'll have to change tha-" Raphael started saying, but then a familiar demon showed up in front of Raphael.
"Don't you go near here or I will rip your rotting intestines out every single time you heal." The demon said with a deep, demonic voice, and held Raphael's neck with one hand.
"Raven?!" I whisper yelled.
"You can't do anything," Raphael coughed, "you're too weak." Raven laughed loudly, making me jump and Von pull me closer.

FantasyI didn't know what to think. That maybe I should be glad that Von didn't exactly kill my parents, I should be freaked out by the fact that my parents basically made me drawn to Von by making me his companion or whatever, or that I should hate myself...
