Clover's lip quivered and her eyes were instantly filled with hot tears that fell down her cheeks. The third year, girlfriend of Kennedy Pierce, turned around and ran out of the room, crying into her hands. Clary stood there, frozen. She didn't know how to help. The girl beneath Kennedy was equally frozen, her eyes wide in shock. It wasn't at the fact that she had gotten caught, but rather the fact that Clary had the ability to destroy her.

Kennedy called after his girlfriend. "Clove! Wait!"

He jumped out of his bed and started to get dressed with surprising speed. When the shock of the moment was washed away, the queen bee of the bitches was instantly filled with anger. "You don't know what you've fucking done, Kennedy." She said through gritted teeth. But he paid no attention to her. All he could think of was stopping Clover and getting her to forgive him. Dating her was one of the best things he had done, she was the daughter of the headmistress and her father was head of police in Sydney.

He raced out of the room, in search of Clover Morgan.

The other girl, one of the senior varsity cheerleaders, brought the covers around herself as though it would protect her from everything. She felt her heart stop when she was met with the burn of Clary's stare. "And you," She began with much venom in her tone. "Consider your life done at Hawethorne Academy. I'll make the entire school shun you."

Without letting the girl respond, she turned on her heel and stormed out of the room. The party continued down stairs and she pushed past everyone to get out the front door. Knowing her sister, she was probably headed for her car, rady to leave the party. But in the condition she was in, Clary thought letting her drive wasn't the best idea.

The blonde was grateful when she found her two other friends on the way to the parking lot. "Why are you in such a hurry, love?" Rose asked in her english accent. Both watched Clary with concern.

Clary reached into her purse and grabbed her keys. Tossing them at Rose, she instructed, "Take my car. I'm getting a ride with my sister. Make sure you don't leave Lexie behind."

"Lexie's getting a ride with one of the seniors." Taty winked.

"Right, okay." Nodded the blonde, remembering the rule of their clique. "Well, I need to go. I'll text you all tomorrow."

Her friends returned to the party while Clary hurried to the parking lot, hoping that her sister would still be there. It took her a couple of minutes to find her sister's car and she spotted it from afar. She also spotted Kennedy approaching Clover's blue PT Cruiser. Kennedy reached the car first and tried to open the door to talk to her, but she had locked herself in. When she wouldn't open the door, he tapped on her window desperately, calling her name, "Clover! Clover, listen to me."

The blue haired third year student shook her head, refusing t listen. Putting her car into drive, she sped off, leaving a cloud of dust behind her. Clary ran up to the empty spot which had been occupied by her sister's car.

Using her purse as a weapon, she hit Kennedy Pierce several times. "Damn you, Kennedy! I was going to get a ride with Clover."

"I thought you brought your own car!" He complained, using his hands to shield himself from her purse.

"I told Rose and Taty to take it because I wanted to talk to my sister!" She yelled at him. "Now I don't have a ride and my sister could get hurt driving in the state she's in. And its all your fault!"

"I'm sorry." He apologized. "But please tell Clover I need to talk to her."

"Yeah!" She spat. "I'm going to help you get back with her after what you did. In your fucking dreams! Out of my way!" She pushed past him, headed back towards the house where the party was near its end. "I'm going to look for Rose and Taty. If I'm lucky, they haven't left yet."

She returned to the party, where the music was off and everyone was saying goodbye to their friends. Some were stumbling around drunk, while others remained on the couches making out with their partners. She looked around, but could not find her friends anywhere.

In another part of the house, Taty was searching for Rose, who was supposed to give her a ride home in Clary's car. She had asked her friend to wait for her while she went to find a toilet and upon returning, she found that Rose was gone. And what was worse was that she wasn't answering her phone. She took a look at her cellphone screen for the hundreth time and smacked her lips together in annoyance. "Where the hell is Rose?"

Her question was answered by a raven haired boy. "You mean Posh Bitch? I saw her leave in a hurry towards the parking lots."

"Oh no!" Taty frowned. "She was my ride home."

"I can take you." Calum offered casually, leaning against the wall next to her.

Taty bit her lip. "Won't your girlfriend, the martial arts champion, get mad at you?"

He shook his head. "She already went home. Her brother doesn't like her staying out so late."

"Oh." Taty suddenly smiled. "Well, if you don't mind, I'd be so grateful."

"I'd be ever so grateful." Calum mocked her playfully, earning him a giggle. Though she elbowed him immediately after.

"Shut up." She grinned.

In Clary's pink car, Rose huffed angrily at the boy in the passenger seat. "I can't believe I left Taty behind for you. Now she's going to be mad at me."

"I didn't make you lie to her." Michael shrugged, an amused smirk played on his lips.

"But you forced me to give you a ride home, and you didn't want her to come along." She pointed out. "That's worse than lying to her because I just left her without letting her know."

"Do you think I'm enjoying riding in a pink car?" Michael threw his head back as he laughed and closed his eyes for a moment. He was too tired to keep them open. He had gotten a ride with Luke to the party, while Calum and Ashton had gone in separate cars. But Luke was nowhere to be found and he thought he could use the secrets he had on Posh Bitch to get a ride back home.

Rose sighed in frustration. "You're so annoying." She said to him.

The smirk on his lips remained as he replied, "Your english accent is nice."

"What?" She turned to him briefly, but his breathing slowed and he fell asleep.

At Kennedy's house, Clary walked from one room to the other, hoping to find her friends. She at least hoped to find Kennedy and she would force him to take her back to her home. People passed her, most of them waving goodbye, but she didn't want to ask anyone for favors. She didn't trust anyone enough for that.

She went to go sit on the livingroom couch, pulling her cellphone out to contact Rose. But she wasn't answering. Ashton, who was one of the remaining people at the house, spotted the blonde by herself and decided to approach her. "Hey," He called to get her attention. "What are you doing by yourself?"

A reply left her lips when she saw there was no one else around. "I'm waiting for Rose to pick up her phone because she took my car." Though she reluctantly continued the conversation with him, her eyes were trained out the window.

"Come on." He held his hand out for her to take.

"What are you doing?" She eyed his outstretched hand.

"I'll take you home." He offered.

Clary snorted. "You want something in exchange."

Ashton rolled his eyes in annoyance at her. "I just want to help you. Why won't you just accept it?"

She thought about it. Her only choice was to get a ride home with him, wait for Rose to pick up her phone, or ask Kennedy for a ride. She wanted to wait for Rose, but it was unlikely that she would get a hold of her. Heaving a sigh of defeat, she took his hand and he pulled her back on her feet. "I guess you can take me home."

"You're welcome." He grinned at her.

"Right." She blew him a raspberry. "Thanks."
