"Scorpius Daniel Malfoy!"

"Oh-oh!"

The small six-year-old, widened his eyes, knowing he was busted, and tried to hide behind the curtain. You stepped into the living room and you didn't even need to look around to know where your son was hiding. You smiled at yourself a little when you saw his little feet underneath the curtains.

"Oh, what a bummer. I thought my wonderful son was here and he was going to help me eat all of these cookies" you said sarcastically, trying not to laugh when you saw the movement behind the curtain. "Oh, well, I guess I will have to eat them all by myself-"

"Mummy!" he pulled the curtain aside and ran towards you, pouting when he saw there were no cookies in sight. "Where are the cookies?"

You tried not to laugh at how identical Scorpius was to Draco, especially when they were pouting. You leaned down to kiss his forehead.

"They're still in the oven. And you, young man, are not getting any unless you give your sister back her dragon" you said, looking at the two plush dragons on the coffee table. One red, his, and one purple, not his.

"But Ellie doesn't even like dragons!" he argued.

"Yes I do!" a smaller girl said, appearing behind you and glaring at her older brother. She looked a little more like you, especially when she was angry as Draco loved pointing out, but she still had Draco's grey eyes. "I like that one because uncle Charlie gave it to me! And her name is Norberta" she said running towards the coffee table and picking up the purple dragon.

"But mum!" Scorpius complained.

Scorpius absolutely loved dragons, you knew that and when you told Charlie about it, he basically offered to give him a real one. Not that you would ever let that happen even if he was already convincing Draco.

"Scorpius you have enough dragons in your room, you don't need to steal Ellie's dragon" you instructed him. "I'll tell you what" you said, managing to stand up and walking over to the kitchen. "You can use the one uncle Charlie got for the new baby" you said, bringing him a small green dragon.

"Really?" Scorpius asked, excitedly. "He will share it with me?"

"We still don't know if it's going to be a boy or a girl, love" you said, placing your hand on your growing bump. "But I am sure the baby would love for their older brother to look after their dragon while they get here" you said, smiling when he saw his eyes and smile getting brighter.

"I will take care really good care of it, mum! I promise" he said hugging the green dragon towards him.

"I know you will, baby" you said, kissing the top of his head.

You knew how much he loved being the older brother, feeling like he had more responsibilities. You were glad Scorpius was born before Eloise. He didn't just look like Draco, he had that protective instinct in him. When Ellie was born, he took his job as an older brother extremely seriously. He was always worried, making sure that she wasn't crying, and always had a toy in hand to lend it to her so she would stop crying. Even now, if they fought from time to time, he was always taking care of her. Now, Ellie, on the other hand, was more of a free spirit, as you liked to call it. Draco insisted it was because she was exactly like her mother and she was a bit of a hurricane. When Ellie was born, something changed in Draco. He loved Scorpius more than life itself and you could tell, but Eloise had him wrapped around her little finger. As much as he loved his son, he didn't hesitate to scold him whenever he did something wrong. But Ellie could practically burn down the house and Draco would let her. And the worst part was that Ellie knew it. Draco insisted that it was all your fault since Ellie had your face and was able to pout and make her huge puppy eyes at him just like his wife did.
