Classroom

"Okay guys that's the bell! I will see you all tomorrow"

"Miss Deluca look!" one of the woman's pupils approached her with his jacket wrapped around him and a backpack twice the size of him on his back. The boy had a finger in his mouth wobbling one of his teeth, which evidently excited him. "Wow little man the tooth fairy will be visiting you soon! I can see daddy waiting for you look!" She told him, she had bent down to his level and pointed towards the kids father. "Bye Miss Deluca!" he shouted, and his father exchanged a polite nod with the teacher.

It had been a long day despite the amazing children she got to work with everyday it can still be difficult. Carina has a meeting right now which hopefully shouldn't last long and then finally home. She walked along the corridor of the school towards the meeting room, walked in and took a seat alongside the other teachers.

"Okay, so as everybody should be aware we are interested in entertaining Mr Sloans idea of giving the kids a sort of fun slash educational week staring from Monday, so far we have organised a fun fitness day for Monday which is explained in an email that will be sent to all of you.Tuesday we will be taking the kids to the Zoo for the day and consent from all the parents have already been obtained. Wednesday we have Ms Pierces Husband coming in to give cooking classes which will be specific to age groups and abilities."

At this point the exhaustion had got to Carina and she zoned out, who know what was happening on Thursday, she would read the email later. "...we are still waiting on a last minute suggestion for Friday but there were a few suggestions including a Sports Day, Art classes and a First Responder visitation so if anybody can elaborate or help please speak up." Hearing that Carina perked up and bit.

"I can organise some firefighters to come and speak to the kids on Friday" she said, still not really awake but willing to help. "That would be amazing Miss Deluca, do you know them personally or would be appropriate for us to put in a request to a local station?" The head teacher asked whilst adding this to the planner for next week.

"I know them personally, I can confirm right now that the Captain can attend and will get back to you on others but I'm sure they would be happy to come along" she smiled which was reciprocated by the teachers she was surrounded by. "Can you send me a list of the firefighters attending so I can assign one to each class."She smiled politely and later dismissed the teachers, some would stay to do some work but the Italian was already in her driveway getting out her car.

"Maya! Bambina!..." Honestly all the brunette needed right now was to be held by her girlfriend, no fiancé. "Where are you?" She shouted through the house. "Living room!" Maya shouted back as she heard footsteps coming through from the entrance of their house to the living room. Carina didn't say a word just walked over to where the Blonde was lying on the couch reading a book, she took said book out of her hands and carefully placed it on the side -so she didn't lose her place- and lay directly on top of her fiancé, nuzzling her head into the crook of her neck and intertwining their legs.

"Baby is something wrong?" Maya asked tentatively, running her fingers through Carinas hair and placing a soft kiss on the top of her head. "Everything is fine Bella, I just missed you" she quietly admitted. The blonde replied with an "i love you" which was reciprocated by Carina. They laid in that position for a while before getting up to cook some dinner.

Carina was sitting on the edge of the kitchen island with her feet hanging of the edge, occasionally nibbling on the peppers which Maya was chopping up besides her. "Have I ever told you that you are sooo gorgeous" the brunette said with a cheeky smile on her face. "What do you want" the fire caption replied eyeing her Fiancé. "Why do I need to want something can't I just tell my wonderful fiancé that she is gorgeous, I do it at least 3 times a day." She said picking up another piece of pepper to which that blonde slapped her hand playfully.
