Bar Fight..kind of

It was Saturday night, and after a week of conflicting schedules Maya and Carina were finally both not working and free to spend time together. The two had been dating for around 5 months now after they met at Joe's bar and it had been somewhat blissful since. They didn't want to speak too soon but considering Mayas bad history with dating they both were pleased with their progress.

Maya was in the kitchen preparing a dinner for the two when she at last heard a knock at the door. She had decided it had been way too long without seeing her girlfriend and will personally fight whoever causes there next conflict of schedules.

"I'm just coming!" She yelled loud enough to be heard from outside. She quickly plated up the dinner she had cooked so she could get the door, but she was too slow and heard it opening.

"I wish you were," Carina smirked as she walked towards her girlfriend to greet her. "You are awful" Maya replied and happily pecked the brunettes lips. "Too fast," she complained, eyes still closed ready for the rest of her welcome. Maya snorted playfully and reattached her lips in a soft and tender kiss, lasting longer than the last.

"I missed you," the blonde confessed and pouted whilst sitting down to their meal. Carina took her coat off and placed her bag down before joining her. "I missed you," She agreed as she began to tuck into her food. "I missed this cooking," Carina practically moaned with her fork still in her mouth. Maya crossed her legs, this sound wasn't unfamiliar and it had been just over a week.

"You're okay bambina?", Carina knew exactly what was wrong with the fire captain but she just liked to tease. "Yeah.. yeah just change the subject so we can get through dinner with your clothes still on" , And with that both girls laughed and clinked their glasses together.

"How are things at work? Better?" The brunette asked. This was a sore subject as since Mayas promotion to captain, her team who were once considered family, completely froze her out and blamed her for stealing another's job. They had been better since then but still not back to how it used to be and because of this Carina was yet to meet the team and they don't even know Maya is involved.

"Thank you for asking, they have actually invited me to Joe's tomorrow after the 12-hour for a drink, I think I'm going to go," the blonde explained with a small smile on her face, it's not like they have been nice to her at all but at the end of the day she had lost all her friends for some time. It was nice to feel them coming back.

"That's great! I guess I'll see you there as I'm going with Amelia and a few other doctors." Carina replied as they got up and out their dished to the side. "Yeah? Well no cheeky glances, the team still don't know about you and the last thing I need is Vic and Travis in my ear about a hot brunette staring at me" Maya laughed and turned around only to find her girlfriend directly in front of her, staring.

She leaned forward to their fronts were pressed together and her mouth was by the blondes ear which she lightly bite. "I'll look at you whenever I want, however I want," she seductively told her girlfriend. "You know why?"

"Why?"

"because...Maya you are all mine," Carina ran her tongue down Mayas neck and firmly held her ass with her free hand.
"Now Capitana Bishop Will you show me to your bedroom?" She questioned. "I thought you'd never ask"

"Maya!" Andy shouted from the far side of the bar. Maya was wearing a tight pair of jeans paired with a simple T-shirt and bomber jacket. She made her way over to the team after stopping at the bar to grab a beer. When she made over everyone greeted her and they all sat down.

"Maya we all, but especially I wanted to apologise for how we have treated you recently not only being insubordinate towards our Captain but being shit friends. We are family and this promotion, one you earned and deserved, get in the way of that." Andy spoke genuinely and everyone else nodded in agreement.
