A month before the day Dimitri set out to his old home, on the day he and his friends split up, he wondered what happened to them? Are they ok? What have they been through all this time? Because they are Royal Mercenaries they aren’t allowed to share their business with other Mercenaries. Even though everything he has gone through, what have they been up against. Knowing his friends, he knew they would take any challenge, those guys could be anywhere. God I hope they truly are ok, is all he thought at that moment.

“Well brothers, we finally made it,” Luke says, smiling at all of them, looking a little upset at the scene.

“We should all begin to split up. I'm not sure how long it would be until we see one another, but be safe wherever you wander,” as Emil concludes, looking a bit nervous, they all get in a group hug and split their paths.

As they began to split their separate ways, Luke headed straight towards the Royal Guards at the North West gate where Edward was headed as well.

While Emil went for the men at the North East gate, he then began to talk to the men around trying to get some information and at first, he got nothing out of any or them. As for Edward and Luke that ended up with each other, as they asked around, they got information about other attacks happening from all of the Hell Gateways, not just this one. Obviously concerned for what is going on, the two of them made a plan that Luke would help the Royal Guards fight off the creatures at the gateways, as Edwards takes his fighting and medical expertise to the towns near the Hell Gateways to help as needed. The two of them gave their last goodbyes before they split up to their own objectives. As they left, they knew that this wasn’t what they were supposed to do, but they knew Dimitri would help handle the work there.

Besides those two finding their work quickly, Emil had trouble trying to get information until another attack happened. There was an explosion not even 30 feet from him and he quickly jumped to the side where the men he recently talked to were standing. As they tried to ready themselves, they saw Defynors charge at them, but before they got too close, Emil swiftly dashed past them, quickly splitting the beasts open in different angles. Emil looked back at them as the Defyn fell down in death and the Guards looked at him in shock. He then turns around and sprints to the rest of the Royal Guards and the other monsters. As he fought, he saw a bright white beam fly right past him ripping and burning through the monsters that the beam passed through. Even though it was an amazing scene, he quickly continued fighting until the rest were dead. While everyone tried to get a breather after that attack, Emil looked at the guys he was talking too and walked up to them.

“So about what is going on?” he asked with a confident face.

As the men looked at each other the man in the middle began to talk, “well as you can tell we are being invaded. We understand they aren’t human, but the way they are acting, they are trying to go to the capital. So we aren’t sure if they are random, or if another house is up to all of this. So if you want to help, you can try to get to Sybrin and see what is going on.”

“Definitely, I can head out now. Is there a way I should message the higher ups of my findings?” he asks as he puts his weapons away.

“You’ll have to go to our captain about that. He’d be happy to help you,” as the man finishes.

“Sounds good, thank you so much.” Emil then quickly makes his way to Denis who was at their camp.

As he approached, Denis saw him while he was doing some paperwork and Emil spoke, “excuse me sir, i’m sorry to bother you again, but can you please help me with something.”

“It depends what you are asking for,” he asks as he begins to sit up.

“I heard that you all are not sure what is attacking and that you need someone to check Sybrin. I’d like to go check on them, but I don’t know how to contact whomever I am supposed to,” Emil said kind of in a hurry.
