"Scarlett get out there" coach tells me. I sigh and skate out there following jules and gabi. This game has been a rough one, we're currently losing 3-1. Gabi got the goal.

It's my second game since Leon's been on the road. The first one went well but this one isn't going well. Leon's had 2 games as well and they've won them all so far, i guess face timing before is helping him.

Luckily there's only a week left until he's back, it's been a week and a half since we met and it feels like we've know each other for years.

Jules skates up with the puck passing it to gabi and she then passes it to me and I shoot it as hard as I can into the back of the net, my stick breaking in the process.

"Holy fuck" jules yells skating over to me to celebrate. 1 more to tie it and 10 minutes left.

We skate over to the bench and melissa, emma and Harper go out. Melissa being one of the fastest on our team skates up with emma on the other side, she passes to Emma then she passes to Harper and Harper passes it back to melissa and she gets it in just a minute after I scored.

Our coach claps from behind me "GOOD JOB GIRLS KEEP IT GOING!" he yells. "Just think of leon and you'll be ok" jules tells me. "I already am" I reply smiling. I miss his eyes and the way he looks at me.

I've got it bad.

Leon's point of view

I sit up staring at scarletts game playing on YouTube, the team videographer is live streaming the game for anyone that wants to watch it so instead of going out with the guys I'm in the hotel room.

Right as she's skating up to score theres a loud pounding on the door. "WHO IS IT?" I shout while watching my phone and walking over to the door. She scores and celebrates with her beautiful bright smile. "Let's goo" i cheer.

"COME ON LEON OPEN UP DUDE" I hear someone yell on the other side. I groan and open the door, a very drunk jesse, connor and zach stand on the other side. "What are you doing that's so much fun?" Connor asks. "Watching scarletts game" I answer.

They gasp together "can we watch too?" Zach asks. How can I say no to her brother? "Yeah just don't be stupid" I reply walking back over to my bed. After they get on the bed I stream it to the hotel tv for better viewing.

Jesse gasps when he sees jules with the puck "go jules" he cheers. "I miss her" he says slurring his words. "Oh my god dude you must miss my sister so much" zach says looking at me. "I do" I reply.

He rests his hand on my shoulder "I'm sorry I was an ass before I'm just protective yknow" he says slightly slurring his words. "I know she's not my girlfriend yet but you're already a brother" I tell him. He gasps and rests a hand on his chest "really? Thank you bud" he says.

I chuckle and go back to watching the last 5 minutes of the game. They quickly caught up and are now leading 5-3. It's actually insane how fast they score, I'm impressed and proud of them.

Scarletts point of view

The game comes to an end as we win 5-3, after celebrating and getting back to the locker room i change quickly then wait for jules. As I'm about to grab my phone it starts ringing.

Leon on facetime

I immediately answer and his face pops up on my screen. "Look at you superstar" he starts. "How'd you know?" I ask. "I was watching the youtube live stream" he answers.

Ok that actually makes sense. "Oh, well thank you for watching" I reply. "Hey sista" I hear from beside him and then my brothers head pops in. "Is he drunk?" I ask leon. He nods "yeah he interrupted me watching the game and stayed to watch" he answers. "You did so good out there" zach says slurring his words.

We facetime for a few minutes before jules comes and she says hi then we hang up so I can finish packing my bag back up and go home. He has practice super early tomorrow and then a game later so the teams coming over to watch like the last couple of times.

Jules turns to me while we're at a red light "so you really like him?" She asks. I nod "I do which is scary but exciting at the same time" i answer. She smiles "maybe when you're official we can go on double dates" she says.

"Wait are you and jesse yknow?" I ask. "We've agreed to take things slow but yeah" she answers. "Ahh oh my god cute" I gush. I definitely saw that coming, whenever we'd party with connor and Lauren, jesse would be there too. "So when are you and leon making it offical?" She asks. "You know my 4 date rule, so after that" I answer.

She nods "does he know?" She asks. That I haven't thought about. "No we haven't discussed that" I answer. She shakes her head "talk to him about it when he gets home" she tells me. "I will" I reply.

After getting home I go straight to my shower and rinse all the sweat away. Right as I'm wrapping the towel around me my phones ringing again.

Leon on facetime... again.

"Hey, woah" leon starts. "Theres a towel don't worry, my brother still there?" I ask. He shakes his head "nope, connor and jesse took him to his room, thank god" he answers. I laugh going into my room "that's good, so another week" I reply.

He nods "it'll go by fast" he says. He's not wrong. "I know but I miss you" I frown. "I miss you too and guess what?" He says. "Mmm what?" I ask. "I've got a date planned for when I come back" he tells me.

I gasp "really?" I ask putting my phone somewhere in my closet while I throw on an oversized shirt. "Yeah, I got your game schedule from zach and figured out when we both have free days when I'm back" he answers.

Wow. He's actually perfect. "Leon that's so sweet" I reply picking my phone back up. His eyes sparkle when he sees that I'm back in view and he smiles "it's because I like you" he responds.

My face heats up and I smile "I like you too" I say. He yawns a couple seconds later and i giggle "you should probably sleep" i tell him. He groans "i know but i missed your face" he says. "I'll plug my phone in and we can just fall asleep together" I suggest.

"Ok baby" he whispers sleepily. That's cute. "How was your last practice?" I ask him. "Good" he answers yawning. "And your ankles better?" I ask. "Babe it's fine" he answers. "Just making sure" I tell him. He smiles "glad to know you care" he says.

We talk for a little bit before we both fall asleep.
