I met leon today and froze lol Enjoy and share your thoughts

I stand staring at two dresses hanging in my closet trying to figure out which one I'm going to wear. "Babe you good?" Leon asks popping his head into my closet. "Just trying to figure out what dress to wear" I answer looking at him.

He nods and comes standing behind me with his shirt half buttoned up. "Mmm that one" he says. "Is it because its blue?" I ask. He nods proudly "yeah and it'll match my shirt" he answers.

"Cute!" I reply. He chuckles and then zips the back of the dress up for me. "Thank you" I say turning around and pecking his lips. "Welcome, you almost ready?" He asks. I nod "yeah just gotta change my shoes and pack my game outfit" I answer.

After making sure I have everything we leave to meet everyone at Earl's before the game. We're finally celebrating them getting into the Stanley cup finals by a group date before game 4. A couple days ago they played game 3 and won.

We get there fairly quick and they're all already there with bread all around the table. Leon and I sit by melissa and kailer. "Don't you look adorable" melissa says. "We're matching" I reply smiling. "Goals" gabi says. Leon smiles and kisses the side of my head "it was my idea" he says.

The waitress comes by and takes all of our orders and then we continue mingling. "So I was thinking when the playoffs are done we go visit your family in toronto" leon suggests. "Really?" I ask excitedly.

He nods "yeah, why not?" He says shrugging. "Okay that sounds fun" I reply. He smiles and rubs my knee gently "I'll book us a flight tomorrow" he says. I lean over and kiss his cheek "thank you" I whisper.

Once we've all finished eating we make our way over to the arena and I hop in the back of Leon's car to do an outfit change. "We're almost there" he says looking the rear view window. "I'm almost done" i reply putting on my jersey.

At a red light I hop back into the front and put my seat belt back on. "That was quick" he says. "I know" I smile proudly. He grabs my hand and holds it while driving.

"So we're gonna be in the suites tonight instead of in the lower bowl" I tell him. "I'll look for you" he says kissing the back of my hand gently. "You always do" I reply. "True" he says smiling.

Once we get to the arena we share a few good luck kisses before we split up and I join the girls on the way to the suite. "So when are you expecting a ring?" Lauren asks hooking our arms together. "We haven't been together a year so I'm not expecting anything anytime soon" I answer.

She nods "fair enough" she says. "Although wedding planning does sound fun" I comment. "Right" she agrees. "What sounds fun?" Melissa asks hooking my other arm with hers. "Wedding planning" I answer. "Oooooh it does!" She says.

We get to the suite and settle in, I sit staring at the lower bowl watching the fans flow in and waiting for the warm ups to start. Thankfully the half an hour goes by fast and now they're warming up.

Leon throws a few fans some pucks and even gives one a stick before going back to warming up and then stretching. "How are you two doing?" Alannah asks from beside me. "We are solid" I answer. "That's good! Do you have any plans for the summer?" She asks.

"Yeah we're gonna go to toronto for a little bit" I answer. "Oh we were too!" She replies. "Family trip" I joke. "That sounds fun" she says. "It does" I agree.
