Y/n pov

I wake to the sun shining though my window and I turn to look the other side of the bed and find a note

Good night love, I've gone back to my room and I'll come and get you for breakfast at 7.30.
Theo

I look at the clock on the wall and see that it's 6.45am so I roll out of bed and head to the bathroom after a quick shower I get dressed and ready, I put my lip balm on and a spray of my perfume mother gave me and head to sort my bag out. I look at the clock and as I do I hear my door open I turn to see Theo standing there looking at me 'morning' he says 'morning you okay' I ask 'I'm better now, you' he replies 'yeah just putting my stuff in my bag' I push the books in and grab my shoes and start to put them on 'right I'm ready' I say and I see Theo has my bag on his shoulder with his 'can I have my bag' I ask 'nope I've got it' he says as he opens the door waiting for me to go 'thanks' I say as I walk past him. I want to kiss his cheek but I think better of it I don't want to scare him off.

Mattheos pov
Is it wrong that I wanted to stay with her last night and now as she slides past me I want to grab her and kiss her. I don't know what's wrong with me, like she's just a girl and normally the thought of other people repulses me but there's something about her she calms me, she's something else alright. We head down to the great hall without seeing anyone and we are one of the first here, we take our seats and we get our food. Y/n talks about her first lesson that dada 'that's umbridges class she's a right bitch' I say as I bite into my toast 'I've heard stuff about her, she's a take no shit person but I want to see how far I can push her plus I want to see if she has the balls to punish me' I say smiling 'don't leave me with her then' she says smiling a little, I look down at her plate and all she's had a 1 bit of toast 'ain't you hungry love' I ask her 'no I'm good' she answers while picking up her cup of coffee. We finish breakfast and we head to our first class together, I see Draco behind us so I slide my arm around y/n I see her look up at me and smile as she leans in a little more, this feels so right to have her at my side.

Y/n pov
We walk into the class and I see Umbridge stood at the front 'there's a seating plan look on the board and find your seats' she screeches as we walk in, I see I'm in the seat next to Draco and I look at Theo panicked 'shit' I whisper to him 'I'm not sitting near her, you'll have to move her' Draco barks at the teacher 'you'll sit where I tell you to sit' she shouts 'but' Draco starts as I walk over to my seat 'detention' she shouts at Draco and I have to bite my bottom lip to hold my laughter, I take me seat and I feel something like my back 'hey' I hear and I turn to see theo sitting behind me 'hi' I say sitting sideways in my chair I watch Draco pretty much throw his books at the desk and he sits down next to me 'don't talk to me' he huffs stop me 'Wouldn't dream of it tho I can't wait to tell mother of your detention' I say half smiling knowing that it would piss him off 'not if I tell father first' he moans 'child' I mumble 'what did you just call me' he says quite loudly 'would you like another detention Mr Malfoy' umbridge shouts, he doesn't respond he just shuts his mouth and keeps his head down.

After lesson im walking with Theo 'her name should be umbitch, I hate her already' I say to Theo and he bursts out laughing 'that's a good one, I'm gonna use that' he laughs. The rest of the day flies by and I'm back in my room getting changed so I can go to see Theo, I get changed and leave my room as I heading there I see Draco heading in to the common room 'where are you going' he asks me, I ignore him and carry on walking to Theo's room and he follows me 'you lost or something this is the boys dorms' he says as he tries to catch up to me and as I get to Theo's door I open it and close it quickly behind me 'what the, how did you get in there, that's Theo's room' I hear him moan for behind the door I turn to walk into the room and bump right into Theo who's arm wraps around me to stop me falling, I look at him and see his hair and face still wet from the shower, I look down a little and see that my hand is on his bare chest and that he's standing there in just a towel after a second I move back and turn around 'sorry I didn't know you where showering I'll leave and come back' I say as I step to the door 'no peeking' I hear him say as he moves about and I stay looking at the door 'you can turn around now' he says as he walks to the bathroom and I make my way over to the bed and I sit on it cross legged. He walks out with some joggers on and a well fitted top, I can see the lines of his muscles under it 'you checking me out' he chuckles 'no' I say looking at my legs my face turns a deep red 'because if you were I'd be fine with that' he says as he walks up to the bed and stops in front of me, I lay back with my hands on my face trying not to laugh and I feel the bed next to me move and I know Theo's looking at me

Mattheos pov
I lay next to her propped up on one elbow facing her as she tries to hide her face but I can see the blush on her cheeks, I move my hand to move some hair from her face and I see her drop her hands down and we look into each other's eyes 'your beautiful' I whisper to her and I lean my head down. I slowly move my lips to her and gently kiss her I pull away not wanting to carry on if she wasn't comfortable with it 'I'm sorry' I say what was I thinking, I shouldn't of done that I want to slap myself in the face 'it's okay' she whispers back 'tho I'm not going to lie I've never kissed anyone before' she says 'so I'm your first kiss' I say smiling. She's so adorable 'so want to watch a movie I have a laptop with some dvds' I ask and move off of the bed 'yeah okay' she says 'pick a dvd they are there' I say pointing to the pile as I walk over to get my laptop and I have some snacks as well I pull out of my bag and throw them in the bed. She hands me a dvd I look at it and see she's picked a horror movie, I put it in the laptop and I turn the lights off as it loads up and I jump on the bed. We watch that movie and eat our snacks and I managed to get some fizzy from the kitchen without anyone noticing when that movie finishes we turn on another as it was only 8.30 but 10.15 when that one was finish y/n was yawning a lot 'so you want to stay here or I can walk you back to your room if you want' I say 'I'll go to my dorm but you don't need to walk me' she says as she starts to clear up her mess from the bed 'no I'm walking you' I say and I head to the door 'I'll do that in a bit don't worry' I say and I hold my hand out and she takes it. I drop her back at her room and start to head back to mine 'why my sister' I hear from behind me as I near my door 'what's it to you' I say turning to see Draco hanging out of his door 'I just don't get it, someone like you who could have your pick of the girls decides to get friendly with that of all people, your turning soft Riddle' he says 'I hardly see why you would care, you've made it clear you have no respect for her and that as far as your concerned she's not blood to you so save your breath and go back in your room' I growl at him 'why should I, I'm trying to warn you about her, shes nothing more than a house elf at home and even then shes shit at that so why should she be treated any different here, she's only here as mother and father can't stand to look at her anymore, I'm pretty sure she will fail like always and be sent home at some point it's just a matter of time' he says and I see red I walk up to him and I grab his shoulders slamming him into the door 'I'm not gonna keep warning you' I growl and I slam my fist into his stomach. I let go of him and he hits the floor crying about his face and I walk away to my room, I slam my door and I walk over to my bed and sit down, taking out my journal and my cigarettes and I start to write and smoke. About half an hour later I see my door opens and y/n appears 'sorry I didn't know if you were asleep but I had a nightmare' she says I put my journal away and move the ashtray off of the bed 'sorry I smoked in my room, here get in' I say as I pull the bedding back, she climbs in next to me and lays on her side 'smoking doesn't bother me. Sounds weird I like the smell' she says and yawns 'it reminds me of you, I can smell it on you' she says smiling and I see her eyelids getting heavy and within minutes she's asleep next to me, I get up and get myself sorted for ned and as I walk into the dark room I see y/n's face scrunched up and her eyes moving quickly under her lids 'please no father I didn't mean to it wasn't me' she mumbles in her sleep, I lay down next to her and I stroke her cheek trying to calm her after about 5 minutes she moves closer to me and I put my arm around her so she knows I'm here and I fall asleep thinking I'm the happy guy alive right now.
