Mattheo pov
I wake in the morning with the sun shining on my face and I look down to see y/n head on my chest and her arms wrapped around my waist, I turn my head to see it's 8am 'shit we have 45 minutes' I move y:n off of me and she wakes up 'morning' she says as she looks over to me 'morning, I'll be back in a minute I'll go get your stuff for you we only have 45 minutes until lessons, there's so cereal bars on my desk if you want one help yourself' I say as I head to my door 'okay' I hear her say as she sits up yawning. I get her uniform, hair brush,tooth brush and bag from her room and head
back to mine 'here I think I got everything for you' I say as I place it down on my bed that she had made while I was gone 'sorry for coming last night I should i stayed in my room' she says as she grabs her hair brush 'it's fine I don't mind anytime you want to come here just come' I say as I dart into the bathroom to get dressed once I'm dressed I open the door a little 'come in if your dressed I'm nearly ready' I call to her and she walks in to brush her teeth. We quickly leave to head to class by the time we get there we are 10 minutes late. 'Sorry we are late' I say as I walk in and stop behind everyone ' that's fine Mr Riddle and Miss Malfoy I want you both to come and tell me what you smell' the professor says we both walk to the front and y/n steps up first.

Y/n pov
I lean over to smell the potion 'I smell Cologne, blood and Cigarettes' I say as I take a step back, I'm pretty sure the cologne I smelt is Theo's, Theo steps forward 'I smell strawberries, mint and perfume' he says stepping back next to me, the professor nods 'that was Amortentia, Amortentia is the most powerful love potion in the world. It is distinctive for its mother-of-pearl sheen, and steam rises from the potion in spirals. Amortentia smells different to each person, according to what attracts them' he says 'now pair up it's your turn to make it' he says and I look at Theo 'well let's get started then' he says as we walk over to a desk and put our bags down. After an hour we are finished and we take a seat at our desk to wait for the professor to come and mark us. I see a boy named Ron throw something in to his cauldron and I watch as there's a loud bang and see that he now has soot on his face from it, me and Theo look at each other and laugh I try to hide mine but fail even when I put my face onto Theo's shoulder. After a couple of minutes the professor comes up and marks ours he then walks to the front 'well there's only one that seems to work and that's Mr Riddles and Miss Malfoys so here you go, the prize was liquid luck' he says as he hands me a vial 'here' I say trying to give it to Theo 'it's yours, I want you to have it' he says to me and takes the vial and he places it into my pocket. I smile at him. The rest of the day goes by pretty quick all of my lessons with Theo seem to be better than I thought now I have a friend.

Evening comes and I go to Theo's room 'I'm coming in' I call as I enter his room 'damn, I should of waited 5 more minutes before dressing' he laughs at me while he's sat on his bed 'fancy a walk' he asks and I agree, just before we leave his room I take the vial out of my pocket and I place it in his desk without him seeing as I know if draco has the chance he will try and take it from me 'here take this hoodie it's properly going to be cold' Theo says handing me a black hoodie of his 'thank you' I say pulling it on, it's a bit big but it smells like him so I pull the sleeve to my nose smelling it every now and again, his smell is something I want to smell forever. We leave the room and start to walk around the castle being careful not to run into anyone as it was past curfew now. We make our way to a tower and climb the stairs once we get to the top i stop looking around 'this is the astronomy tower, I come up here to get away from everyone and to clear my head sometimes' Theo says as he takes my hand pulling me to the railing to look out. After a while we sit down next to each other looking at the sky 'you mind' Theo says as he pulls his cigarettes from his pocket 'no go ahead' I say smiling at him, after I minute I feel Theo nudge me and I look to see him holding it to me, i take it wanting to try and see what it felt like so I take it to my lips and I breath it in, it was rough on my throat and I start to have a cough fit as I hand it back to him 'knew it, that was your first time wasnt it' he laughs as he runs my back trying to help me 'yep and probably the last' I laugh back, we head back to the common room and I say goodnight to Theo and I go to take the hoodie off 'keep it, it looks better on you anyway' he smiles as he turns to walk to his room. I go to my room smiling and I sniff the hoodie it's like he's here to calm me without being here I think, I get ready for bed and go to sleep with the hoodie next to me.
