Meeting Jade's Mother And Brother.
Jade had decided that it would be better if they had dinner at the restaurant instead of at home but Layla didn't want to do that.
She wanted to show Jade's mother that she was welcome home whenever she and Maher wanted.
"Are you sure about this, mamma? You have work......"
"Jade, I don't work all the time. Besides, I have your dad who will be helping me in preparing the dinner. And you will prepare the dessert. I don't want her to think that we don't want her in our home. She will feel that we in a way don't want you to have a relationship with them. I love you and you are our daughter and that would never change", Layla explains to Jade.
She couldn't help but feel the need to hug her mother. In a way, Jade felt content with what Layla told her.
Jade didn't want to overwhelm them by inviting everyone in the family. But she did invite her favorite uncle and aunt plus Hamza and Ayla.
"Thank you, mamma, for everything that you have done for me until now", Jade tells her while hugging her.
"It is what you do for the people you love. You love and care for them unconditionally and that's how parents are", Jason says interrupting them.
"Your dad is right Plus without you, our family would be incomplete, "Layla says looking at her daughter who had unshed tears in her eyes. "Now we need to know if they are allergic to anything so that we can avoid making them," she added.
Jade explained to her mother how they are as she has been talking to them on the phone.
After that, they all agreed on the day of the lunch that Maher and Warda would come home.
Meanwhile, Hamza was back at his father's company after taking a break for a year. He needed it.
Even though he did have a teaching degree in history, Hamza also had his master's in business. He loved both of the subjects.
"Sir, She is here", the Secretary tells him.
"Tell her to come in and make sure that no one disturbs us", he tells her.
The Secretary nodded and walked out to get her.
This is it, Hamza. The time to hurt her just the way she hurt me. Especially when she is the one who was driving the car.
He was interrupted by a knock on the door. Hamza walked to the door and opened it himself rather than tell her to come in.
"Asalam aleikum why am I......"
"Sit down. Don't talk until I am done. Whatever enmity you had with her, you didn't have to kill her....."
"I didn't kill her. I wasn't even driving because I don't know how....."
Hamza didn't want to listen to her. He was so angry at her because she died and she survived.
"I don't want to listen. You have two options, work for me or I send you to prison. Your choice. Make it now because I don't have time to see your face as it reminds me of her", he tells her.
She knew that this was her fate because of her, she had to suffer.
As usual, I get to suffer for your mistakes, little sister. Dad was right, I am a bad omen.
"I will work for you...."
"Great choice. You will be my private assistant and you will not have a day off or even a night off when I need you," Hamza explains to her. And then calls his secretary inside his office. "I need you to tell the maintenance to bring a desk and a chair to my office... Tell them to take it to your office. You will be sharing your office with her.And that she will be handling a few things that I will need", Hamza added.
