Chapter 4

After breakfast the packs dispersed doing there own thing, Selene, Eleanor and Amara are currently sat in Amara and Harlow's room whilst the men have gone for a run. Selene is listening to the two talking about the mating bond when she realises one thing. They have to complete the bond at some point which means. Shit.

"Selene are you okay?"

"How will I know what to do when you know we"
"What have sex? You will feel it. Don't forget that you and Dax are in the same boat. This will be the first time for the both of you"
"Okay that lessens the pressure."

"Have you never you know self gratified"
She looks to Eleanor and goes red.

"I had no choice my heats had started and I need to ease the pain"
"Hey no judgement. Just don't worry about that because as his mate you will know what to do. It will come naturally"
Selene feels thankful in that moment that her body will know what to do. The mating bond is simply perfect to her. The fact that you are that in tuned to your soul mate makes it a lot easier than having to second guess.

Dax and the boys are walking up the marble staircase when one of the elders nods for them to follow him. They walk into the room and see the other elders sat there. Dax instantly knows something is wrong.

"What is it?"
"Daxon. Axel and Alex are going to try and prove tonight that Selene is not the goddess we are claiming her to be. They were looking up the markings she should possess,"
"Okay but she has them so what is the problem?"

"Well we thought you might want to be prepared in case they attack her"
"It is simple I will take her shopping and get her a dress that shows the markings. "
"That was what we were thinking. We didn't know a good way to put it in to words however"
"Just leave it with me. Is that all?"

"At some point when you return to Moon we will have to come and find out about her powers"
"Powers?"

"Yes. She has a rich heritage so she could possess a little something from all the gods"
Dax simply nods and then he leaves the room with his Beta and Gamma. He walks up to the fourth floor and the four enter Harlow's room and the three women look at them. Dax going to Selene and picking her up and putting her over his shoulder.

"Okay, are my legs no longer usefull"

"I just wanted to man handle you"
"Okay makes sense bye girls"
"Bye Luna"
When Dax gets into his room he puts her on the bed and she looks at him, his bare chest covered in tattoos making her bite her lip. She lies back and puts the pillow over her face.

"Babe can you please put a T-shirt on"
"Why baby is my body that bad?"

"God no the opposite. It is killing me to focus right now"
The sound of her muffled voice makes him laugh he can't help but want to tease her more. He climbs on top of her and takes the pillow away. Selene clamping her eyes shut.

"Open your eyes baby girl"
His voice is gruff and deep making her feels things she hasn't felt before. She puts her hands out and the come into contact with his muscled pecks.

"Jesus wept. Are you trying to kill me"
"Quite the opposite baby girl"
He kisses her and she shoots her eyes open. The two share a little peck and they look at each other, their eyes just interlocking and they both want each other more than they have ever wanted any one in their entire existence. Selene can't take it anymore and runs her hands up to his nape and gently pulls him forward. Kissing him and gently biting his lip causing him to gasp and her tongue to invade his mouth. The two instantly getting lost in the kiss and fighting for dominance. Dax winning hands down. They lay there making out for what seems like hours and only pull a part when they need to breathe.
