Autumn POV:
As we drove back to my apartment, Damian was basically passed out in the passenger seat. How I'm going to get him into my apartment, I don't know.
Heading up to the elevator with another hundred pounds on you was such the hardest task I have accomplished. Damian kept moving his body to the other side away from me as he fell in and out of consciousness, but thankfully, I was able to get him safely into the apartment.
I laid him on the couch as this is where he is going to sleep. I don't think he would appreciate it if he woke up sleeping in my bed and not remembering what had happened the night before– he might assume something happened between us.
After I got him a pillow and blanket to make him feel more comfortable, and making sure he's actually sleeping for real this time, I headed to the bathroom to get ready for bed again.
Damian POV:
I woke up and instantly my head was pounding like rocks were being thrown at me. I looked around to see where I am as I don't remender laying down, this couch feels unfamiliar, I'm definitely not in my apartment.
Where the hell am I?
I checked my phone, and the time say 1am, I disgraded that and check my surroundings.
This apartment is decorated with colors and has the theme of warm and cozy. Whereas mine is dark and somewhat cozy, to me at least. I slowly get up from the couch and quietly head down the hall. I guess I was still a little drunk because I had to balance on the wall for support, and I was almost tripping over myself. I try to keep quiet if maybe someone was in this apartment aside from me.
I kept walking until I reached the end of the hall and to the left, a door to a bedroom was open, I peeked inside and no one seems to be in there.
Common sense is clearly not in my flavor at the moment, because instead of leaving the apartment and saving myself from any possible danger, I instead got into the bed and pulled the cover on me.
At least the bed is comfortable though. As I try to think about what had happened that led to this, I felt myself drifting off to sleep.
Autumn POV:
I finish up in the bathroom and I head into the living room to check up on Damian, and to my surprise, he's not there. I panicked, I didn't hear the front door open, and I was only in the bathroom for a short period of time.
I check the hallway outside to be sure he's not out there, I check the guest bedroom and the kitchen, but he's nowhere to be seen.
His phone is gone though, which means I can still try to call him to see where he is, who knows what sort of danger he might get himself into when he's still drunk.
I went to my room to grab my phone, but stopping at the doorway, I immediately spotted him in my bed, sleeping. Of course Damian would wander throughout my apartment.
As I calmed down from my mini hunting, I went over to my bed, and softly tapped Damian on the arm. His eyes open a little bit, and when they land on me, he quickly pulls me down onto the bed, making me sit up but his arms are locking me in place.
"Damian, you can't sleep here, you have to return to the couch" I said.
"But why?" He mumbled, as his face was digging into my side.
"Because I don't want you to get the wrong impression when you wake up" I express as I massage his scalp.
"Then I'll believe it, and it will be a good impression then"
I blush as he finished saying that, I looked away from him, debating whether or not this is a good idea.
As his dazed eye wander, he hugs my side even tighter, "Please, I promise I won't do anything bad and I'll be good until I wake up" He pauses, "I just want to be near you right now"
