First and Ten

Chapter 18

My alarm went off bright and early, and I was ready for a workout glad to be back on the field. I smiled as I looked over at Blair still sound asleep with her beautiful blonde hair spread across the pillow and one sleek thigh showing out from under the sheet. I gently kissed her cheek trying not to wake her but also wanting to so that I could tell her I love her before heading out.

I went into the bathroom to brush my teeth, and as I came back into the bedroom to finish getting dressed, I saw Blair stretching awake showing off glimpses of her sexy, naked body. It took every ounce of control I had not to get back in that bed and fuck her. She sat up pulling the sheet up over her breasts with her long hair falling over one shoulder.

"Good morning."

"Good morning, beautiful. Did you sleep good?"

"I always sleep good next to you."

"Same here. You want me to order you some coffee and breakfast before I go?"

"Bri and I are taking Leena to breakfast before the spa, but thank you though. That is sweet of you to ask."

"Anything for you," I smiled.

Blair got up giving me a full view of her toned physique as she walked to my suitcase and got one of my t-shirts to put on. I loved it when she did that and that she felt comfortable enough to because there is nothing sexier than seeing your girl in your shirt. She came and kissed my bare chest before going into the bathroom. I finished getting ready and was stretching out my knee to ensure there was no stiffness when she came back into the room.

"I'll be back around 7:00 tonight. Earlier bedtime the night before a game."

"We should be back by then."

I wrapped my arms around her relishing the feeling of her petite body, and I kissed her perfect, full lips once again still resisting the urge to rip off the t-shirt and climb back in bed with her.

"Have a good practice, handsome," she smiled.

"I'll see you tonight. You girls have fun."

I headed out the door with a goofy grin on my face and saw that JB was waiting for the elevator.

"Somebody had a good night judging by that look."

"I did. I'm glad Blair and my family are here."

"I know Bri is happy to have them here to keep her busy," he laughed.

"Why don't we surprise them by paying for all their spa treatments and having lunch catered too."

"I think that guarantees we both get laid tonight. Let's get the credit cards."

As I sat down for a quick, light lunch between practice sessions, I saw a text from Blair thanking me for paying for their day and telling me that she couldn't wait to thank me in person tonight. She also sent a picture of her and Leena getting pedicures.

"They look like they are having fun," JB said looking over my shoulder before sitting down to join me.

"They are. Leena is enjoying spending time with Blair. I love both my girls."

"It's a good feeling isn't it?"

"Definitely. I'm so fucking happy, JB. This is different than it has ever been before."

"Because it is real and based off of more than looks and clout."

"Funny. I get what you mean though. Did you hear from Bri?"
